Emma Reeves dealt with: Barking at people, dogs, animals, birds or where the dog barks for attention or at the slightest noise Jumping up at visitors or the dog jumps up at people on walks Pulling on the Lead Recall or not coming when called

My Betty had some behavioural issues, she thought she was the leader so she was acting up and was terrible to walk on the lead. I was anxious whenever we would go out because I was waiting for her to start barking and jumping up. I called Bark Busters and Emma came round and I can honestly say in the 2.5 hours that Emma was there Betty is a new dog, she’s so much more relaxed now she knows who the leaders are. We have a training schedule and techniques which we are using daily. We have a lot of work to do but the fact that we have Emma by our side and a support network I know we will succeed. I cannot thank Bark Busters enough for everything they have done for Betty and me.

Trainer note from Emma:
Betty, a beautiful 2 year old Kelpie X, was causing trouble with barking, jumping, hyperactive & attention seeking behaviour, pulling on the lead, and was reactive to dogs, skateboards, scooters, motorbikes, etc.
Her family did a great job during our first session and we saw an immediate change in Betty's behaviour. I am really looking forward to our next session to see the continued improvements with Betty. Keep up the great work guys. :)

Emma Reeves dealt with: Aggression to a dog or other animal or where the dog is aggressive to the owner or a stranger Barking at people, dogs, animals, birds or where the dog barks for attention or at the slightest noise Jumping up at visitors or the dog jumps up at people on walks Pulling on the Lead Recall or not coming when called

Hi Emma was very friendly, and we were very surprised on how quickly, Miffy, our little dog responded to the instructions she provided us with.

Looking forwards to her next visit.

Thanks Peggy.

Trainer note from Emma:
Miffy, a 3 year old Maltese x Shih Tzu, was jumping, barking at visitors & passersby, pulling on the lead, and not listening to her owners, but worst of all she was very dog reactive; she would squeal at all other dogs and if they got anywhere near she would growl & snap.
Miffy's family did a great job during our first session, and when we took her out on her usual walking route they told me it was "the best she had ever walked". We even saw another dog and Miffy remained calm & quiet.
Keep up the great work guys, and I will see you soon.

Emma is a fantastic trainer. She was very understanding and knowledgeable and we could see a behavioral change almost instantly. We were left with plenty of information to move forward until our next session. Emma is very responsive to email queries and incredibly helpful.

We would highly recommend Emma and Bark busters.

Trainer note from Emma:
Teddy is a stunning 14 month old Toy Poodle, who was causing issues with barking, jumping, pulling on the lead, dog reactivity, separation anxiety & general lack of obedience.

His owners did a great job during our first session, and I am looking forward to seeing the continued improvements when I go back for our next session.

Emma was great

The techniques taught are easy to follow

Seeing improvements in Bruce already

Trainer note from Emma:
Bruce, is a 4 month old French Bulldog x Boxer.
His family called us in to teach them how to speak dog so that they can show him how to be a well behaved puppy.
We worked on jumping, recall, chewing, door control, setting up "no go" zones in the house, and teaching Bruce that it's ok to be alone.
Great results so far, and Bruce absolutely loved the game changer toy.
Keep up the great work guys.

We had our first session with Emma as it is our first time having a beautiful groodle pup. We learned so much and Emma is amazing with Benji and also with my kids. She gave us tools to deal with our puppy biting and jumping. Benji is responding really well and is a different puppy already.

We are looking forward to training Benji all the good habits. So glad we have Emma to help us.

Trainer note from Emma:
Benji is an 8 week old, male, Groodle puppy and his family called for help at just the right time. Getting on top of things and learning how to speak dog now, means that Benji will be able to grow into a well mannered dog.
So far we have covered jumping, biting, chewing, recall, toilet training and getting used to the lead.
His family did an awesome job & took to the training straight away.
Keep up the great work guys. :)

Quite happy with the training and practical information.

D'Arcy is much more generally settled now.

He's getting used to walking on the lead at heel.

Trainer note from Emma:
D'Arcy, a 1 year old Maltese x Shih Tzu, really thought he owned the house & everyone in it; and if anyone tried to tell him what to do he would let them know who he thought was boss by jumping up and biting them!
In our first session we worked on biting, jumping, barking, pulling on the lead, chewing on furniture & plants, and stealing items.
We saw great improvements straight away.
Keep up the great work guys.
Looking forward to seeing you soon.

Investing my time and money into Bark Busters with Emma has been the best thing for my dog Coco and I!

I have a very anxious Shar Pei x with some bad behaviours and Emma has been a wonderful resource for us. I struggled daily with the power struggle between coco and I, walking, barking, approaching other dogs, jumping up at visitors, etc. There were times before I met Emma that I ‘gave up’ and accepted I had a ratbag of a dog! She is extremely approachable, non judgemental and realistic about timeframes etc. Emma is also very flexible with fitting Coco and I in, which I value.

I have found that not only has Coco’s behaviours improved in a short period of time and minimal visits, but my own confidence towards her behaviours with Emma’s encouragement.

Thank you so much Emma.

Trainer note from Emma:
Coco, a beautiful 14 month old Shar Pei x Staffy, had really tested her mum with some of her behaviours, including:
Jumping, barking, mouthing, pulling on the lead, not listening to commands, dog reactivity, chewing on furniture, and the list went on.
As soon as her mum learnt how to speak dog, we saw huge changes, and with our support guarantee we are there to help when needed.

Emma Reeves dealt with: Barking at people, dogs, animals, birds or where the dog barks for attention or at the slightest noise

It was a fantastic afternoon, learning and understanding how our dog's mind works and how we can assist her to know her place in the family pack.

Trainer note from Emma:
Millie, a 3 year old Bull Mastiff x Staffy, was giving her owners a big headache with all her barking. She was also causing trouble with jumping and demanding attention.
Her owners did a great job learning how to speak dog, and with their continued training they will be showing Millie that they are the leaders in their house and that she can take a back seat and relax.
Keep up the great work guys.

A very informative session, that ticked off the boxes of all our concerns. Emma was patient and understanding, as we (Charlie's pack leaders;-) are learning as well as he is.

Trainer note from Emma:
Charlie, a 4 month old Miniature Poodle, was jumping, barking, mouthing/biting, and showing signs of separation anxiety.
His family did a great job at learning how to speak dog, asked lots of questions, and listened to the training. We saw positive changes in Charlie straight away, and with their continued training, and Charlie's new toy - the Game Changer, Charlie will learn how to relax and not stress out when he is alone.
Keep up the great work guys.
