“We rescued our 2 year old Australian Cattle Dog, Kelly helped us understand his behaviours and how to correct the smart working dog. Kelly is brilliant, she has drastically helped us in correcting Bear with barking, pulling on the lead jumping and listening to commands. Very happy with Bark Busters for further behavioural training.”

Nicole, H., Calamvale, QLD.

“Excellent first meeting, informative , relaxed and unhurried. Kelly is an amazing trainer who certainly has a passion for what she does. We feel extremely lucky to have her onboard to show us the right way and be part of this journey. Thank you.”

Brian, T., Wongawallan, QLD.

“My dog was always jumping on people, barking and with my new son was getting aggressive. Kelly showed us techniques we can use to control his behaviour and now we when visitors come over they are surprised by the difference in his behaviour. Around my now 5 month old son he hardly even pays him attention anymore and if he does he keeps his distance and isn’t aggressive towards him now.”

Lauren B., Mt Gravatt, QLD.

“Kelly has helped us so much with our two staffies! We have successfully crate trained them, which they love ! And have now learnt how to correctly walk with no pulling using the techniques Kelly showed us. The continued support and information Kelly has provided us has exceeded our expectations! Highly recommend.”

Laura, K., Pimpama, QLD.

“For anyone interested – i had a 2-3hr home consultation with Kelly from BarkBusters this week and she was AMAZING!! Gave me so much info around diet, crate training, obedience/discipline, toys, treats, plants/allergies etc. My boy Xander was already a lot better the night straight after her visit and has continued to improve everyday since. I have my sanity back!! ? If you are having any issues with your pups i would highly recommend her she was just wonderful, really friendly, great with Xander and explained things in a simple way but with great detail at the same time. My only regret is i didn’t do it 3 months ago when the naughty behaviour started!! ? BIG THANK YOU TO KELLY! ?”

Jasmin, M., Ashmore, QLD.

“Kelly is absolutely fantastic. We have a 50kg German Shepherd who was running the household and with Kelly’s help and expertise he is a completely different dog. He is now so respectful and an absolute joy to have around. We cannot thank Kelly enough for her help and we are sure Jake appreciates it too as he is a much happier dog.”

Amanda & Steven, L., Carrara, QLD.

“Thank you Kelly, we are sincerely grateful for all of your help/advice…..so too is Max :)”

Trish, M., Rochedale South, QLD.

“Kelly has been a fantastic asset to our household. From the first lesson Max has improved and continues to improve in his behaviours. The training given by Kelly was easy to understand and she was very patient with both my husband and I in learning the commands and how to use them. The advice and information she gave us was spot on and worked immediately.”

Narelle, M., Mt Gravatt East, QLD.

“Our girls were completely different dogs by the end of the session. Relaxed and responsive. The techniques are so simple and effective. Kelly was clear and passionate about the training techniques we need to use. She was very encouraging and supportive, giving us the confidence that we needed.”

Lea, E., Carbrook, QLD.

“We thought Kelly was amazing! We couldn’t believe when she was heading down the road with our two dogs just trotting by her side and not pulling at all. She answered all our questions and corrected us on how we could change certain parts of the training we were doing.”

Jasmin, J., Moorooka, QLD.

“Kelly was fantastic. Just moved house and Charlie developed severe separation anxiety. I couldn’t even talk on the phone without him becoming anxious and barking, he wouldn’t stay outside. After 1 visit by Kelly, I was given some great training tips for ME. It began to work straight away. A month down the track and 20mins a day training, he’s like a new dog.. I am no longer stressed!!”

James, M., Parkwood, QLD.

“Very late review but kelly was amazing with my dog. My dog is one of those ‘yelpers’ who constantly bark at anything and everything and his barking has definitely reduced after consistent training.”

Kei, K., Runcorn,QLD.

“We have a Cavoodle Kobe who had separation anxiety and barking when no was home. Kelly was great with understanding our needs and attended to every single one in great detail. Just after the first session with Kelly, Kobe stopped barking when we were at work throughout the day, it was amazing to see the results. The continued support in other ares of training and information Kelly has provided us has exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend to anyone who is having issues!”

“Anyone who is considering bringing a puppy into their home needs Kelly in their life! We recently welcomed a beautiful little Cavalier King Charles puppy named Radar. Kelly has helped us from choosing the right breed for our family’s needs, setting up crate training, toilet training, setting up a routine, instilling good doggy manners and has even provided us with information and product recommendations about food, flea and worming, vaccination, grooming and toys to keep our pup happy. This woman is a fountain of knowledge! I would especially recommend Kelly for people with young children as she was great at educating our kids in dog safety as well as how to care, love and play with our new pup. In the two weeks between getting Radar and our first appointment with Kelly, I was feeling overwhelmed but after one session, she helped us to figure out where Radar fits into our family life and routine and now Radar knows his place in our pack too. Radar is already so well-mannered and well-trained, he has slotted into our family so well and is a pleasure to be around. I have no doubt that we couldn’t have done it without Kelly. Thankyou!”

“I cannot praise Kelly enough for her help with our border collie, Mia. Mia is a rescue who has severe anxiety and I had tried everything I could think of to help her. I realised I might need some formal training, but I was sceptical about how a 7 year old dog could be trained. However, I felt this was my last option. I had one lesson with Kelly, and within a few days my dog had transformed. I now have a happy, calm dog and all of our lives have been improved. I cannot express how grateful I am for Kelly’s help, this was absolutely the best decision I could have made, not only for Mia, but also the rest of our family. It really does defy belief that one session can change a dog, but it really has. We have ongoing training of course so Mia is constantly improving as well. Kelly is also a wonderful support for any ongoing issues I have and responds quickly to any questions I have. If you have any issues at all with your dog, I highly recommend Kelly and Bark Busters to help!”

Kendall S., Carindale, QLD.

“Quick response and organized a visit the next week. Super happy with the advise, support and training for our dog (and our family!). Love the fact that with Lifetime package we can ask questions as they come up. After the first session we’ve already seen changes and we are feeling more confident as to what our doggie needs. Highly recommend if you want the best for your dog and you!”

“Thanks Kelly for working with us to train our beautiful dog Bailey. We can’t begin to describe the difference we saw in him after your initial visit to our home. Prior to your visit he was constantly barking whenever the neighbourhood dogs barked or whenever someone walked past our house with their dog, which was every morning and afternoon. Bailey used to be the first one at the door and would bark aggressively and he thought he was the boss in our home. The techniques you have shown us were simple yet amazingly effective. We have been spending approx. 5 minutes a day of reinforcing the techniques you showed us and he is like a new little dog. When someone comes to the door he sits behind us and just waits patiently to greet our guests and when the neighbourhood dogs bark he runs to us and just sits beside us quietly and is listening to our commands. I would highly recommend Bark Busters to help train your dog, our only regret is that we didn’t get in contact with Kelly earlier.”

Elishah, F., Mt Gravatt, QLD.

Kelly was an absolute lifesaver. Before our first session, it was impossible to take Malibu on a walk because he pulled so hard on the lead the entire time and I wasn’t strong enough to hold him back. He defended the fence line of our backyard like his life depended on it, constantly barking at our neighbours and jumping up on our fences, doing damage to our relationships with our neighbours as well as damage to the actual fences. Malibu also jumped up on people and did not know his own strength, making him a bit of a danger to my younger siblings who often come to visit. Kelly gave us the skills to fix these issues in our first session. She explained everything to us in a lot of detail and spent a lot of time making sure we understood what we were doing and why, watching us correct Malibu’s behaviours and instilling confidence in us. Malibu responded so well to the training and is now a much happier dog! After our second session with Kelly this week, we feel confident to talk Malibu on a walk knowing he won’t pull us along with him. Kelly also went above and beyond when Malibu was being dog-sat by a family member, as she made herself available for any questions and advice they needed so my new husband and I wouldn’t be worried about Malibu on our honeymoon. I’m looking forward to our next session with Kelly and continuing to see Malibu’s improvements! If you’re on the fence about whether or not to give this training ago, I highly recommend you just go for it! It has been the best decision we’ve made, for Malibu’s sake and our own.

Emma, G., Loganlea, QLD.

“The challenges of having a untrained cross breed dog were becoming embarrassing and unbearable to the stage that going for a walk was not a enjoyable experience for all involved and I was having a major dislike for my dog and I was the cause of these issues. I found a Bark Busters pamphlet at the pet store did the questionnaire and wow we had issues. Kelly called, I saved, then Kelly visited, with Kelly’s guidance we changed Storms diet used the tools and praise, we saw major improvements with Storm she is a much happier girl. And I am enjoying her more. We all can’t thank Kelly enough for her help with Storm.”

Cheryleen, R., Upper Coomera, QLD.

“Kelly is amazing, we cannot recommend her highly enough! Our gorgeous rescue dog Macy was a barker when anyone/anything would go past our house, she was anxious and we struggled to get her out the door somedays so we could get to work. We had unwittingly let Macy believe she was the leader of our pack, a role that she was not comfortable with at all. Kelly gave us the tools and training to give Macy peace and calm. She still has her sweet nature and beautiful personality but she is calm, is definitely more secure in her environment and her manners have improved ten fold. We can’t thank you enough Kelly! And your follow ups have been the icing on the cake.”

Natasha, H., Upper Coomera, QLD.

“We have had the pleasure of Kelly coming to our home and helping us train and understand our 6.5 year old English Staffy – Zeus! We had our second lesson with Kelly today and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Kelly is absolutely fantastic, her knowledge about dogs and the training we were taught has changed our lives! Zeus has come so far since our first session with Kelly 5 weeks ago and we couldn’t be happier. Kelly is a miracle worker and if you put the effort in with the training you are provided anything is possible and this evident with how much Zeus’s behaviour and lead walking has improved. His barking has improved so much, he is like a different dog.
Thank you so much Kelly ! We are looking forward to our third session.”

Abby, D., Isle of Capri, QLD.

“I got in touch because Harry’s barking seemed to be getting worse and it was making me angry at him. I learnt so much on Kelly’s first visit. I learnt what i needed to do to take control. By the next day it was like i had a different dog. The problem never returned. He now waits for me instead of rushing ahead. He sits watching the neighbourhood but not barking in crazy fashion. He seems much more settled and that makes both of us happier. I am so pleased i made the phone call and booked in the training. Its a great plan being able to call on help as you need it but from what i have seen the first session is a real game changer. From there on things are getting better every time we see Kelly. Its real clear she loves her job and is seeing such good results with her clients and their dogs.”

Philippa, C., Gold Coast, QLD.

“We contacted Kelly from bark busters when we introduced our girl Trixie (staffy x) to our boy Typo (Staffy). They had a fight resulting in Trixie having to have stitches.

Kelly was able to meet with us to guide us in how to create a safe environment for both our dogs. When Kelly first met Typo and Trixie they had a bunch of bad habits like jumping, nipping and barking.

Kelly taught us how to give our dogs boundaries and expectations, and how some changes in diet and habits can create big ripples in our household. After 4 weeks we can see massive changes. Our dogs are calm and responsive to commands. We have seen big changes in walking and leash work. Kelly helped with behaviour we didn’t even know were issues.”

Amanda, W., Brisbane, QLD.

“Kelly was exceptional. She always answered our questions and provided great advice. She is incredibly knowledgeable in all areas of doggy life – not only training but general health and wellbeing, grooming and behaviour. She is an absolute credit to the Bark Busters family and we can’t wait to return for group training.”

Hayleigh, T., Fortitude Valley, QLD.
