That's wonderful to hear thank you Joseph! Genevieve is a 9 weeks old Toy Poodle female (and about the cutest little powder puff I've ever seen or held!) and Toby is a 14 year old male Toy Poodle. Toby was not impressed initially with Genevieve showing up in his home ;( He was growling and lunging at her and it looked like he might really have a nasty go at her. Joseph learnt in one lesson many thing, including how to correct Toby for this behaviour with just his voice. Toby responded immediately. Toby also used to bark incessantly at visitors, and demanded food and treats when guests were eating. We showed Joseph how to stop this annoying behaviour. Toby also barked at every little noise outside and Joseph learnt how to stop this. As far as Genevieve was concerned Joseph learnt how to communicate with her in canine. He was able to stop her puppy nipping immediately. He also learnt how to overcome her winging for attention, and we explained how to ensure great toilet habits. All in all lots of information was passed onto Joseph. I will be back to help more in a few weeks or whenever Joseph asks for more help with both puppy Genevieve and old man Toby.

Training was very insightful. We'd learnt new dog techniques that seemed so basic. With Ken's experience, Coco was obeying almost straight away. The training was interactive and good to have Ken direct us and also correct us if we weren't doing the technique correctly. As the dog owner, the difficult part of this training is being persistent. If you aren't persistent then the training reverses.

We have just had our first session with Hugh and already have noticed the benefits of his expertise. Hugh listened and addressed all our queries as well as up-skilling us in training techniques. Our priority was to integrate our puppy with our elderly dog, stopping him from biting her ears and generally causing her grief. After Hugh's visit, this is no longer an issue and both dogs are now happy in the same room. The training information is thorough and we were given a training schedule for our puppy, with goals on which to work. Hugh has an amazing manner and we are looking forward to future sessions and a well adjusted puppy. Thanks Hugh.

I initially engaged hugh's help when my puppy was 5 months old. We had our Cavoodle In our lives just a few weeks. Our first consultation with Hugh gave me enormous help & confidence going forward. We very quickly (over a few weeks) addressed our barking issues and I was eventually able to remove the barricades from Our glass pool fence & glass back door. All separation detachment issues over & now at 12 months we can happily leave our fur baby in the house or ouside withoug coming home to fly screens distroyed. Our dog is still a work in progress but reassuring to know that if we have issues in the future we can call Hugh & get professoonal help & advice & a home visit.
