Very impressed with Ric, had Poppet under control as soon as he walked in the door. Very intense first session and very knowledgeable about handling dogs. Walking was a huge struggle with constant pulling if other dogs/people around, one session with Ric and walking is actually a joy.

We are very grateful for the help that Glen has given us. He has been very clear with us and gentle and respectful with our 7-month-old Labrador Retriever. The training he provided us is simple to apply but of course it requires consistency. After 4 days of receiving Glen we can already say that we see differences in our dog's behavior. We definitely recommend his services and can't wait to see Glen again in 3 weeks to evaluate the progress in Murphy's behavior with him. Needless to say, Glen's help was retraining for us, to be able to guide our dog in the best way. Glen not only motivates people but brings information in a simple way. It was worth every dollar. Ric was great with Louie, whom on top of everything has minimal interaction with males. By the end of the session had him responding to all the instructions. In fact he responded to my instructions the next day. It took a bit longer but we are getting there. I am seeing a new dog.

Hello Elca, Louie is just a darling little man, He wasn't quite sure of me at first but as soon as he realised I was there to help and we were focusing on him he opened up. This can be a typical trait of the Chihuahua breed. He is at that age where he is learning to use his voice and the need to defend his home, with the work we have discussed and the exercises to follow he will soon feel more relaxed and comfortable knowing he is safe and doesn't need to defend his pack. looking forward to our next visit.
