Hello, my name is Michelle and I'm your local Bark Busters Dog Training and Behavioural Expert. There are many reasons a dog owner might seek out a dog trainer. Frustration is one of the big reasons, due to their dog’s behaviour. This is nearly always at the top of their list. Things like barking, separation anxiety, jumping up, mouthing, playful biting toilet training, pulling on the lead, marking, and aggression are just a few of the problems owners have with their furry friends. While there is a myriad of information out there on training, it is confusing and often incorrect. The real issue though comes from finding the time and energy to train a dog and understanding what motivates a dog to misbehave and do what they do.

As a dog trainer and behavioural expert, I have dedicated myself to teaching clients how to understand dog nature, such as body language, energy, and social skills, and how it applies to training your dog. My approach is about fostering respectful relationships between people and canines, so your dog learns from every interaction with you.
I love what I do because I love and respects dogs. They are such wonderful creatures and yet they can cause the uninitiated so many problems. It’s all about 'canine communication'. Dogs need to understand what you want from them and they need to feel secure or they begin to act unpredictable. I can unravel the mystery and together we can help you and your dog live in harmony.

I never lose my passion and joy when I see their faces and the ‘Wow’ comes following my first visit with them. They cannot believe their eyes.
