Lifetime Support Guarantee

We believe wholeheartedly in our methods which is why we back them up with a Written Life of the Dog Support Guarantee. You pay a one-time fee for your initial lesson where our unique training system is imparted. All required follow up visits are free of charge other than where a travel fee is specified.  Your one-time fee covers continued support via follow up visits, phone, video chat and or email.  Please follow the prescribed plan our behaviour therapists specify for your dog(s) personality and your Bark Busters Life of the Dog Support Guarantee ensures that training support will be there to assist you at any point in your dog's life if problems reoccur or even if a new one emerges.

• Service Guarantee: Our Life of the Dog Support Guarantee is unique to Bark Busters. You only pay once (except where a travel fee is stipulated). Our Guarantee states the owner agrees to carry out the training instructions as prescribed by their Bark Busters Trainer to achieve the desired results. The Guarantee is an assurance of support and does not guarantee to resolve the behaviour problems that you are experiencing with your dog(s) but assures that every effort will be undertaken.  Clients like the peace of mind this Guarantee provides them with as it allows them to contact their Bark Busters Trainer for advice, video check-ups and revisits where a need is identified, or if a problem arises with training.
• Guarantee Moves With The Dog: If for any reason the dog needs to be re-homed, the Life of the Dog Support Guarantee passes to the new owner for a nominal transfer fee. With the Written Life of the Dog Support Guarantee the new owner will be educated in the methods and will receive the benefits of the Guarantee for the Life of the Dog.
• Guarantee Moves With The Owner: If the owner moves to another location, the Guarantee continues to be valid for the Life of the Dog. If there is a Bark Busters Trainer in reasonably close proximity, services will be provided at no charge, however a travel fee may apply. If there is no trainer operating in that area, Bark Busters reserves the right to provide remote assistance by phone, video conferencing and or email.
• Limitations of Cover: The Guarantee is not a Money Back Guarantee. The Guarantee does not entitle you to a fixed number of lessons or a schedule of lessons. The Guarantee is valid only when payment is received in full. You understand that it is your responsibility to ensure that the training instructions are implemented and that your Guarantee may be terminated if client refuses to implement the training as prescribed or if client fails to conduct the training of their dog(s) on a regular basis. We may terminate the Life of the Dog Support Guarantee if, despite several follow up sessions, the same problems persist and we, in our reasonable opinion, identify that the training instructions are not being followed as prescribed and consider that no further lessions will alleviate the relevant behaviours or problems. Your Guarantee will be terminated if you tell us that you no longer wish your trainer to return. The Guarantee may not be transferred to another dog. If the dog of the original service is euthanised, dies or is returned to the breeder, the Guarantee would be rendered null and void. If the owner adopts an alternative form of training without prior discussion with their Bark Busters Trainer this will render the Life of the Dog Support Guarantee null and void.  All training advice must be adopted by the owner in order for the Guarantee to remain valid.
• Your Trainer: Bark Busters is a trading name of the therapist/trainer quoted on your official receipt, who is licensed under a franchise agreement, with the Master Franchisor, Speaking Dog Pty Ltd, to trade in their territory using the Marks "Bark Busters". Your Bark Busters Trainer is an independent business operator/owner. The contract and terms and conditions are between you and that independent business operator/owner (and any reference to ‘we’ or ‘us’ in these terms is a reference to that operator) and they are also responsible for your support Guarantee (conditions apply)  and in a situation where the client moves to another area, providing the area moved to has a Bark Busters trainer, that new trainer will honour the Guarantee. Should your initial Bark Busters trainer, or any new trainer, become unable to work or cease to trade in your area, Speaking Dog Pty Ltd reserves the right to provide another trainer to continue the support, either in person or via  phone, email and or virtual training support for the term of the Guarantee.
• In Writing:  Following the initial session clients will be provided a receipt electronically. When payment is received in full this 'Proof of Purchase' will activate the Bark Busters Life of the Dog Support Guarantee. A copy of our Written Lifetime Guarantee will also be supplied, outlining in writing all the terms and conditions which must be adhered to for continuing with the Life of Dog Support Guarantee.
• Backed Up: The Bark Busters Life of the Dog Support Guarantee is backed by the world's largest dog training company. Copies of the Guarantee receipts are retained by Bark Busters head office.
• Over 37 Years of History: Bark Busters has grown to be the largest dog training company in the world, with over 1.5 million dogs trained. The Guarantee has been part of the company since 1989 when company founders, Danny and Sylvia Wilson, decided that it would help to significantly reduce the number of dogs that were being euthanised and provide customers peace of mind that once they purchased the Life of the Dog Support Guarantee they could call for help.  Bark Busters has seen many cases over the years where a Life of the Dog client some 9 years on calls us and receives help because they are a Life of the Dog client.
