We had a great experience working with Philippa to improve our mini dachshund Bruno’s behaviour. She was knowledgeable and easy to work with, offering practical tips and tools that made a real difference, especially with Bruno’s door manners and barking. Glen was fantastic 👏 - we have 2 English Staffys (1 x 11YO & 1 x 12 week old) so was a challenge of 2 ages... but everything was clearly explained and implemented. The anxiety of letting our 2 dogs run and be free with each other was gone within seconds. You can teach an old dog new tricks too lol. Harley or pup is a work in progress.. but massive change since before Glen's first visit. Thank you 😊

Our Bordoodle Barney had developed some behavioural problems including lots of barking and madly running about in response to a range of stimuli, and had injured himself as a result. Philippa's first visit provided instant results. From that day Barney has been calmer and quieter. We continue to use the approach she demonstrated to us, and have found it to be very effective. While his behaviour has improved a lot, he continues to test us from time to time, but now we know what to do.

Kelly was amazing, she helped us make massive improvements with our Puppy Poppy with only 1 session. She’s given us great tools and knowledge that we can apply in our training and we really look forward to the next session.

I didn’t know anything about dogs, and it was really hard to try and manage the pup on out own, and even trying to see some youtube videos made it even more confusing. I’m so happy with the results!! I am beyond happy!!

Within just a few days, we’ve seen amazing changes in Brody’s behaviour — he’s calmer, listens so much better, and feels more relaxed overall. Glen’s approach made total sense, and he explained everything in a way that was easy to follow and put into practice. You can tell he genuinely cares about both the dog and the owner. At first we thought Thor was completely out of control and just didn't gel well with other people/dogs. However after meeting with Glen, he helped us understand why he barks and get territorial. Truly step in to being an alpha, which has improved his behaviour dramatically! Super excited to continue working with Glen to see further improvements.

We really valued Kye’s explanation of the trainer theory and then clear and helpful demonstration with our dog Malt without our own backyard. He showed us we can train our dog and we have the tools and skills to have what it takes. We were amazed at Malts initial response but have since seen his regression as it’s only been a few days. Kye was very happy to follow up on phone to help when Malt began resisting the tools of the spray bottle. Kye is returning to work on the next area in the walking on lead/ pulling. For now we are persisting to train Malt daily using the techniques and skills provided and are hopeful he will change from being misbehaving/unsafe around our kids to obedient/safe and enjoyable. We look forward to see the continuing improvement in Malt as we approach our second lesson and continue to practice what we have learned daily. We are seeing gradual improvement each day in the behaviour of Malt. Thanks for giving us a fresh start with Malt as he really is a lovely dog and we can see how much pre we will be able to enjoy him after he trained.

I really cannot believe the difference in my dog! Suzi our gorgeous Am Staff was controlling and terrorising our house with her behavioural issues and we had no control over her what so ever. We had Kye and Bark Busters come out to help us and Suzi with their in home service which is incredibly helpful, we had so many doubts that Suzi just would not listen but I kid you not within the first 30 minutes of our lesson Suzi was already listening to me in a way she has never listened to me before, Bark Busters methods and how Kye explained everything is definitely professional and I with out a doubt recommend this to anyone who is having troubles with their dog!, I’m very much looking forward to Kye’s next visit to see our improvements and I love the fact that even if Suzi is naughty in the future I still can have Kye help me when needed as they have a Life guarantee! We've had one meeting with Glen so far, to help us with our excited 18-month-old Border Collie, Shadow. Shadow is still a work in progress, but it's only been just under one week and he has made huge progress. The training tools and knowledge that Glen imparted to us is working so well with Shadow. There's no more rushing in front of us to get up the stairs, and he's listening to me while walking at my side on the way to the park. He's still reactive to cars, but we're getting there on that, and he's much better and we know how to control his actions a lot more. Thanks so much Glen and we look forward to showing you how Shadow has progressed.
