Michelle is simply incredible with our pup. From the first interaction, she had already started training him and us without us even noticing. She is passionate about what she does, and it is reflected in her teaching and approach. Overall, it’s difficult to put what we have experienced into words, and all we can say is thank you! We still have a lot to learn, but we feel confident with a trainer like Michelle by our side.

From our first conversation with Todd, to then meeting Kye when he arrived at our house, they are professional, they explain the process thoroughly and you can easily see how much they care about ensuring you as the client are completely at ease and ultimately satisfied with what you're seeking to achieve with your dog. I have to say, within 15 minutes our Bean was a completely different dog. Looking forward to continuing working with Bean and the Bark Busters methods, nothing but praise for Todd and Kye. I could not be happier and amazed at the quick change in Bosco's behaviour. Given he is a 4-year-old Jack Russell, I assume I had left it too late to train him. Within an hour I instantly noticed a more responsive dog. The tools and ongoing support have made the training stress-free to apply every day. Philippa was extremely patient and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

5th March 2025 - Ken Tran
Ken dealt with Aggression, Barking, Jumping up, Pulling
Ken was high professional and communicated well and clearly. We found his methods for our 4yr old Rottiwheiler cross to be easy and application was not complicated. Our dog responded well and the training methods are easy to fit into even a busy day. I highly recommend Ken he answered all questions well and provided information about dogs we were unaware of.

Puppies are a handful, but when they're a Great Dane x Shar Pei, well, we need to set some boundaries and rules LOL! Luna is just delightful, and you have absolutely done the right thing by engaging in early years training. Fear reactivity, visitor manners, jumping up, mouthing, stand over tactics on the lounge - all of this and more was targeted at lesson #1. Her brain was very tired sand relaxed by the time that we finished, and it was lovely to see her tail wagging - she might be timid but she loves a pat! Door and gate manners were also implemented, and at lesson 2, we'll start working on confidence external of the home. Thanks again for allowing me to assist, she's a great dog!

Kia was amazing and super knowledgeable. I honestly was not expecting the amazing results we have had from the very first session. I can even now walk my dog out of the yard after only 2 sessions - something I never thought I would ever do.
