We were desperate for help with a jumping, barking 7month old puppy. It was getting to the point where I could never relax, and was always pulling the dog off the kids. She was just an excitable, exuberant puppy. I was amazed at how quickly Penny responded to Glen and his training methods. At the end of 2 hours, we had a different dog. She’s calmer, we are less stressed and she isn’t jumping up at the kids, the table, the guests. He is also walking at heel which I didn’t think would ever be possible!

Phillipa hit the ground running and got straight into showing us techniques to stop the dogs barking at visitors and made each step in our training easy to understand. Phillipa included my daughter and myself in the training so that we both felt confident with each activity. We could see a change in both dogs nearly straight away which was absolutely amazing!! I feel that even though a week has passed, the dogs are calmer and responding to the techniques we are using.

Philippa came to our home on a Sunday morning to help us with advice training our 6 year old, ex breeder, rescue Cavalier Ruby. We had been unsuccessful for over 12 months to stop her barking and understanding our commands. Philippa had Ruby understanding these issues very quickly and we have been able to continue this training ourselves with a little effort each day. We are amazed at her progress!!! Her anxiety also seems to have settled down somewhat too. We would definitely recommend Philippa and Bark Busters to anyone who needs help with their dogs. Worth every dollar we paid!!!

We had used Kelly for our previous dog and he was a beautifully behaved boy. The techniques she uses are simple and make sense and the dogs respond well. Once again we are using Kelly to help

Once again you've done the right thing by getting onto training as a preventative measure, and we sorted mouthing, lead training, sits, and started on recall at lesson 1. You were able to apply the training principles to get toilet training under control, and at lesson 2, we'll work on door manners, drop, and stealing items. Emma quickly understood the problem I was having with my two year old Maltese Shi Tzu called Molly. The advice Emma gave me along with a practical demonstration of how to moderate Molly's behaviour resulted in an immediate improvement in Molly's focus and manner. With further application of the advice Emma gave me I am sure that Molly's behavioural problems can be fully dealt with.

We’ve only had one session so far, but having Michelle come out has made a huge difference — to Lucy, our one year old German Shepherd, and to us. She immediately understood what was going on and gave us clear, practical advice without overwhelming us. For the first time, we felt like someone really got what we were dealing with.
Lucy can be full-on — energetic, strong-willed, and at times completely out of control. Michelle didn’t judge us or make us feel like we were doing things wrong — she just calmly showed us what to do and explained why it works.
Even after that first visit, we noticed a real change in Lucy’s behaviour. It’s early days, but we finally feel like we’re on the right track.

I really enjoyed the training, within an hour Max could walk on a leash. It was good to see how such little and simple behaviour changes that I make could affect the dogs so much.

Thanks heaps Ric. It was great to get some understanding of some of Jax's behaviours and how to address them, especially as he is completely deaf .
We have been doing our homework each day and he is going really well. I actually think he is enjoying the structure . We still have a ways to go but I feel more confident after having Ric working with us. I'm also glad to have had Ric work with Jax and establish that he's not actually aggressive, which we have worried was the case.
I'm looking forward to our next session .
