Thanks so much for inviting us in to assist with your gorgeous Groodle, and his not so gorgeous barking habit. He is unique in that he only barked when he could see the owner (dog outside, owner inside), as a demand behaviour, and not when the owner left the home. This habit was causing the owner to change their daily routine, habits, and was causing massive amounts of household stress! Before we were even a quarter of the way through the theory component of lesson one (and because we couldn't hear each other LOL!) I showed these lovely owners how to correct the barking, without physical force or contact, and for the next theory timeframe it was the sweet sound of silence! We moved onto programming and Teddy responded like a dream, and we were able to make his mind settle, and he simply went to his day bed and fell asleep. Finally relaxed. Good job! I am looking forward to continuing your training journey at our second lesson!

I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly Rocky responded to the commands and guidance that Laura provided after only one training session. He continues to obey reasonably well, though is easily distracted.

23rd December 2025 - Ric Kennedy
Ric is a great guy, supportive, patient and knowledgeable. In just a short time he assisted our dog with recall, pulling on the lead and jumping in and out of the car. Totally recommend him!

Ric was very thoughtful and detailed and nurturing. I really appreciated the thought that went into every explanation and demonstration.
We’ve been through quite a journey my pup and I and at times it did feel hopeless, but now after our first session I’m hopeful that we have the right support with Ric!

Kye was very well educated and able to assist us with issues Tyson was displaying, being a extra large dog (St Bernard 90kg) others were very hesitant to assist us with a him, this was not a problem for Kye who never hesitated over his size

Cat is amazing. We were dealing with excessive barking, pulling on the lead, no recall, not friendly to visitors (being protective of us and the house). From the first appointment the excessive barking stopped. We are still working with our dog Ollie on all other areas but the change that happened so quickly was impressive. I would highly recommend Cat. She really gets to know you and your dog. Her method of teaching you what to do and how, as well as why, is so helpful. We are very very happy with such quick results and feel as though we have a lot of knowledge so that we can keep working on everything with her support. Get in contact with her if you have any issues with your fur baby, do not put it off.

We could not have asked for a better experience. Glen was fun, easy to listen to and helped us understand our dog so much better. He never made us feel bad for what we didn’t know. A single training session changed our relationship with our dog and made all of our lives so much better! We did not expect to see instant results for jumping up and nipping. We could not be more grateful.

We had Emma come to our house for training with our 12 month Buffy. She was great, warm and easy to take advice from. She tailored our training to suit our very busy life and allowed us to see how we can incorporate our training in day to day life. It was a very conformable and positive experience.

Kristie was amazing! From the beginning of the lesson till the end, she explained everything in a way that was cohesive, understandable, compassionate. She puts passion into her work and actively shows her love for animals which is one of the main reasons why I believe her work is so effective. The methods she taught my partner and I provided an outlet for me and my puppy to communicate with and lessen stress. It was only our first lesson and problems such as biting and separation anxiety have basically gone away. She made great conversation whilst maintaining professionalism! I look forward to our next lesson and hope for her to teach me more.
