AMAZING! It was like magic, honestly. So simple, but so powerful, and the changes were immediate with my dog. We just had our first walk together and she stayed next to me all the time. Previously, she walked me and it was painful.

Didn't think I could ever be firm enough to calm Essie, but it was easy. Was shocked by the results, couldn't believe the difference in such a short space of time. Absolutely won over by Faith's approach to us and to Oscar. After a few minutes Oscar was walking on a loose lead - at the end of the session his tail was relaxed. Very pleased with the feedback Brian has given us re Zaka's behavioural problems. He is getting better at accepting people we invite into the house. The spray water technique appears to work better than the little discs. Been invited to go through the door 2nd he has accepted very well. No problems there. Still working on getting into the car and using the doggy door. Trying methods suggested to us by Brian. Work in progress but improving. Socialisation doing well. this will be our 3 session. He is a little reticent and prefers to stay by my side. Tonight we are going to try letting him off the lead and seeing how he interacts. Happy with the progress. Thank you.

My 4 1/2 year old Golden Retriever had been pulling his whole life and by the end of one session was walking beside me with slack lead. Unbelievable! Techniques made perfect sense, 'SpeakingDog' worked wonders and they listened. Heather was wonderful and a joy to have at my home. Bark Busters was recommended by a friend a couple of years ago, should have done it then.

Faith changed the behaviour of Alfie within 5 minutes!! I am truly grateful for all the great training, and Alfie is a different dog. It was a very enjoyable training session.

Very professional. Came on time, very well presented and spoke clearly and concisely so that all instructions were understood. Presented written instructions for us to follow on with. The follow up visit was also excellent and emphasised points which we had overlooked.

The training we have received so far has been clear and hands on, working with Princess inside and outside of the house. Brian has provided my partner and I with tips for dealing with a variety of issues and situations and has answered our questions at each session with excellent clarity, providing examples of similar behaviours, a number of options to deal with the issue or concern and demonstrations of actions to take when the behaviour happens.
