Ken was great. He explained everything clearly and simply and we could put the training to use straight away. The barking decreased immediately and two weeks in the barking is so much better. Leash pulling is taking a bit longer but we will hang in there with a few extra visits from Ken to help us out. We only did the first meeting for 2hrs with 2 French bulldogs for whom we miserably failed their training in the past. Ken was very clear and helpful on the different actions we were to take. His explanations were adapted to each situation and he answered all our questions. We are at the beginning of our journey and we will need Ken for more sessions but already we have seen a lot of improvement in our dogs' behaviour. We try to stick to the exercise schedule sent over by email and remain as consistent as possible. Ken also told us that we could send him a message at any time, which is reassuring when you don't remember an action or face a different situation. The material given is greatly appreciated and even if it was the first time we heard of such a method, it is full of common sense. It is of very good value as the sessions are unlimited and you can even call Ken or another trainer when you move area, if you need a refresher after one year, Ken told us. Again, we only had one session so far but we look forward to having the next one.
