Ken Tran was great. I feel he has a great relationship with dogs, and it certainly showed with our dogs. His training method is very good as it doesn't rely on food to get the dogs to obey owners commands. He left us with great tools to work with, it's now up to us to put it into practice. It's reassuring to know that he is available at any time for advice.

Ken's great. His ability to demystify and explain why we were having the issues we were having was brilliant. We saw him when Bronson was a pup and again as he got a little older for a bit of a refresher. Both times Ken was excellent. We would recommend him without any reservations, his help is worth every dollar.

Ken was very helpful and we felt better able to deal with Jackson's bad behaviour traits. We now feel better able to assess Jacksons body language and hopefully the way we portray our body language to him.

As soon as Ken arrived he asked us to share the issues we were having with our dog Frankie, he then got to work and showed us very direct and useable ways to train frankie and to make sure he learns who is in control. We are looking forward to putting Ken's training practices into place and hopefully seeing the benefits!

Good identifying the problems and offer solutions

Our dogs behavior improved dramatically then slipped back . one call to Ken our trainer who gave us the clues on what to do and we were on the right track again, he is so informative I now feel I will have a puppy/dog we will be happy to share our home with.

Ken is amazing so calm and explains everything so it's easy to understand. There is an initial longer session and then follow up sessions scheduled when you need them. Ken is so obliging fits into your schedule and nothing is a bother for him. Is always contactable by phone or email if you have any questions. I am amazed how different my dog is around him. It is obvious that the dog knows Ken is in charge but I am still working on getting that same control. All training requires a bit of effort but if you keep to Ken's guidelines you do notice changes quite soon. Would thoroughly recommend Ken to help you with any concerns your dog has I just wish I had done it from when the dog was a lot younger and got on top of him while he was still a pup.

The training was great. Very affective. Our dog has responded well. Ken has been very friendly and knows his stuff. So far so good.

I am thoroughly impressed by the help Ken has given us in helping our 12 week old puppy. His instructions were clear and easy to implement at home. Ken has been very helpful and has been in communication with us to check on how we are doing. The whole experience, which will continue as we face different issues with Dennis, has been thoroughly worth while. Ken was fantastic. Very calm and easy to understand. Showed real passion for having a well behaved dog for the well being of both the dog and the owner. I would certainly recommend Ken to anyone needing a good training plan.
