Easy to understand , very helpful.

Ken from Bark Busters was absolutely great. We have two 12 month old staffies who think they are the boss. We were at our wits end in trying to manage them, despite having undertaken puppy training and puppy etiquette training. Ken was outstanding. He came to our home, took command, showed the dogs who was boss and supervised us while we developed our skills. I am SO pleased with the outcome. We are still a bit nervous but we have seen a huge improvement in the dogs behaviour and we now need to train ourselves to be completely consistent in everything we do. I cannot tell you how joyful this has made me as I love these dogs, but they were becoming out of our control. Ken turned up as organised, followed up with phone and text and provided outstanding service and support.

Ken was a fantastic teacher with regular follow-ups to see how the training was going.

We were extremely impressed with how professional and friendly Ken was. Our dog Milo responded very well with Ken's training techniques and he has continued to excel with what we have been shown. We were so impressed with Kens approach and professionalism. He went through the exercises with us and he made us feel comfortable in dealing with our two adorable but spirited dogs. We saw a dif fence in them by the time he left. He touched base with us in the following weeks and returned for a run through as my neighbour was away when Ken first came to see us. We recommened him to one of our neighbours and they were also very happy with the result.

Ken was great. His instructions were clear and he was happy to repeat and explain each exercise as we worked through our issues with Axel. On our follow up visit Ken address 'pulling' issues whilst walking our dog. That afternoon Axel was a different dog. HE did everything well and our walk was relaxing Not Stressful.

We are enjoying working with Ken, he has a calmness about him which has been so important for us with a large excited dog and almost 3 year old running round! Baxter is improving and becoming so much easier to handle. We have been taught how to start to control the situation before Baxter gets out of hand. Already he is walking better and jumping less. We have work to do but under Ken's guidance I am confident we will get there!

It was a real eye opener! Ken arrived exactly on time and he took us through so patiently. He gave us a call later on to check on us then followed up within a few weeks time and gave us great tips. It took us ages to teach him something or correct his behaviour with endless treats without much success. When Ken showed us the new way, it worked on the spot!! He is now a calm and happy dog.

I have had two other trainers to give me advice and skills to deal with an extremely anxious dog. It was hopeless. Then a neighbour told me about Ken Tran from Bark Busters. After speaking to Ken I decided to give Penni one last chance to have a happy and productive lifestyle. I was amazed how quickly Penni began to improve. I know that I still have a long way to go with Penni, but with Ken's practical skills and advice, I feel comfortable in knowing how to deal with my beautiful dog. And, of course, I know that Ken will be available if I need further assistance. Thanks Ken, you are great!

Ken was amazing. From the moment he walked into the house Rocco was a different dog. Ken remembered our issues from 3 years ago and discussed the progress we had made. Ken was clear and his solutions were simple and effective. He accompanied us to the park and at no time did we feel pressured for the session to be over.
