Ken came to us on a Sunday afternoon to assist us with Archie's barking, aggression and general disregard for rules. We had spent 3.5 years stressed, anxious and frustrated by Archie's behavior and moving into a new living situation where we had to finally address his barking, saw us seeking the help of Bark Busters after another dachshund owner told me the cost was beyond worth the result. Ken was patient, considerate, strict, and the fact of the matter with us. He was gentle in ensuring we didn't feel bad for what we had let slip with Archie's behavior but instead understood it from how we could improve it and rectify in future to ensure both Archie and we were happier, calmer and more relaxed. He explained things so that we understood and then took the time to guide us through the necessary training and ensure we had it down pat before leaving. He followed up with a text message and was flexible in his arrangments to come back. I can not recommend BB enough, prior to this I was considering rehoming Archie (don't tell him!), however now we have a dog who is calm, relaxed, happy and most of all, can just be a dog as he understands that we are the bosses of the house and all he has to do is cuddle us! It is such a small investment in the long life of a happy home, for all.

Ken was very calm and explained the techniques clearly. He was very patient with Freddy and with us (We are a family of 5).

After starting to regret buying my German Shephard puppy who was biting out of control and jumping on everyone I decided to give ken a call!! After the first lesson my dog was a different dog! A couple of weeks later ken returned to introduce some new things and by the 3rd lesson I have a 16 week old amazingly good puppy ! I couldn't recommend Ken enough he is so friendly and explains everything properly! I like that everyone in my house gets trained on how to train our dog and that we can always call Ken back with any worries or problems ! Thanks Ken

Ken was amazing, he walked us through everything and gave us the advice needed to train our puppy. He thoroughly walked through the training step by step and then allowed us to act out the training while giving us some tips and tricks. All the advice and training Ken provided us has continued to work, highly recommend Ken!

Hercules has responded very well with all the training Ken has supplied, also when I had a issue he was quick to come out and fix it.

We are really satisfied with Ken and Bark Busters system. It's honestly been a game changer now after 2 sessions Waddy is a eager student wanting to learn new discipline skills. Was before was the scary lift ride from level 4 to ground with many unknown variables that could arise which would aggravate watego. Now we have been enjoying training lift runs up and down confident with strangers coming in and out of the lift.

I found Ken's short time with my dog and I very useful. He communicated clearly to me & my dog with keywords for Bodi & explanations for me. I feel that with regular use of what he showed me that I can make good progress with my dog. Such progress has never been easy for me, in her particular case as she is an above-difficulty dog in my experience, in fact, the most difficult dog I have ever owned. This is due to her hyper-excitability and streak of aggression mixed in with her considerable good social skills, which can and have suddenly changed at numerous times. Overall, my time with Ken was very helpful for me. He does a very good job of showing, teaching and explaining.

When we got Beanie, a 1yo, 26kg, Staffie cross, ball of excitement, it was immediately obvious we needed some help to train him. Ken Tran, from the first call and throughout the sessions, was calm, positive and didn't see the mountain of issues we saw, but rather walked us through the training at a pace that worked for Beanie and us and ensuring we were comfortable to proceed after the sessions. The training itself is remarkable! Beanie responded well in the first session and we saw results quickly. While we all have a way to go, Beanie is generally more calm, suffers less separation anxiety, and barking much less! We would happily recommend Bark Busters and especially Ken to anyone with a dog! Ken was fabulous. He gave my family and I the tools we need to implement the appropriate behaviour for Pluto.

Ken was very helpful in explaining to us the techniques to use to train our dog. We are already seeing improvements in our dog's behaviour.
