Very impressed. Everyone in our household cannot believe the change in Frankie. Very one on one and Glen is a very nice person with obviously lots of experience.

We just had our first session with Catharina and it went so well - I learnt many simple but effective techniques to help with my dog's behavioural problems - I can see the light at the end of the tunnel now! I think our home is going to be much happier for both humans and dogs from now on.

Very insightful, even though I read a couple of books and watched endless Caesar Milan before getting our 6m old rescue dog, some behaviour had me really stumped and Philip was able to not only explain it but offer clear and practical ways to manage it. If you want to have a responsive, well trained dog which respects you this training is just what you need.

Neil came to us to help us with our 12 week old Shar Pei puppy who loved grabbing hold of trouser legs, biting laces (while putting boots on) chewing shoes, attacks the broom and mop while I am trying to clean and loved digging up the garden. Nothing too major but its the little things that can become draining when the puppy does not listen. After one lesson with Neil, Poppy was a different dog and she no longer does any of the above! Poppy is now the most well behaved puppy and we are so thankful. We would recommend Neil to anybody! He has even offered to come to our first walk when we take poppy out which is amazing. 100% customer satisfaction. Worth every penny.

I have been meaning to update you all weekend but we were having such a good time doing things! Penny's progress is excellent in most areas. Her overall temperament is much improved. I was watching her moving around in the evenings, casually strolling around the yard etc, no more anxious following or watching us. She is beginning to behave how she used to back before all the family drama and disruption. Walking on the lead is great, I have to actually look down to check I still have a dog attached! She still bristles at other dogs, less barking however, for example just a growl at our old friend the German Shepherd instead of howling. The big issue, separation, well on Saturday we went to the movies and on Sunday lunch and shopping, with no concerns! We left a phone on loud speaker to listen in and she didn't make a single yap. Megan was amazing. We could not believe the change in Milo within an hour of her being at home. Megan's knowledge was incredible. She was patient while teaching us and understood our problems immediately.

Neil works wonders! We were having issues with aggression, pulling on the lead and more. We had our first lesson two days ago and already we have seen such an improvement. Neil showed a genuine interest in resolving our dogs behavioural issues. I would be more than happy to recommended Neil to anyone having issues with their dogs.

The presentation was thorough, entertaining and tailored to our needs. We were shown what to do and the reasons why were explained. We like the idea of being able to understand Baxter better and helping him to feel calm and safe.

Training was awesome!! Very helful and informative. Trainers are very in tune with your pets and what they need to work on and they want to help you achieve your goals.
