We have just had our first session with Hugh and already have noticed the benefits of his expertise. Hugh listened and addressed all our queries as well as up-skilling us in training techniques. Our priority was to integrate our puppy with our elderly dog, stopping him from biting her ears and generally causing her grief. After Hugh's visit, this is no longer an issue and both dogs are now happy in the same room. The training information is thorough and we were given a training schedule for our puppy, with goals on which to work. Hugh has an amazing manner and we are looking forward to future sessions and a well adjusted puppy. Thanks Hugh.

I initially engaged hugh's help when my puppy was 5 months old. We had our Cavoodle In our lives just a few weeks. Our first consultation with Hugh gave me enormous help & confidence going forward. We very quickly (over a few weeks) addressed our barking issues and I was eventually able to remove the barricades from Our glass pool fence & glass back door. All separation detachment issues over & now at 12 months we can happily leave our fur baby in the house or ouside withoug coming home to fly screens distroyed. Our dog is still a work in progress but reassuring to know that if we have issues in the future we can call Hugh & get professoonal help & advice & a home visit. Heather has been fantastic . Lilly is becoming more confident when on leash and less nervous on walks. Has stopped barking at people whilst on leash. We are now working on reactive behaviour when she sees people walking with other dogs .

Just finished trainging with Hugh, it was excellent! He was clear with his instructions and really took time to make the training personal to us and our dog. I would recommend Hough and Bark Busters 100%.

It was wonderful. The loose lead training was amazing. I can't believe how well Ace walked on the lead. The most valuable part of the service to me is the encouragement. It is easy to feel lost and want to give up but to have the moral support from Hugh has been very helpful and given us the motivation to keep going with the practice.

Heather was absolutely AMAZING! Heather was professional and listened to everything we had to say about our dog without any judgement. She gave us simple techniques to use with Ava and for the first time I have been able to walk Ava without her pulling or causing a fuss! Heather was so easy to talk to and I am already seeing massive changes in Ava already from her recall to her not pulling on the lead to even waiting for us to walk inside first before her! We had our first session with Heather yesterday and it was really good! The session was customised to suit our lifestyle, our goals and of course, our puppy. We understand how important puppy training is and we now feel equipped to start teaching Sayla. We are very excited for future sessions and watching Sayla become a well behaved member of the family.

Excellent training session with Heather - she was engaging, passionate and gave us very helpful tips to train our puppy. She gave us technical demonstrations and then had us practice them at our house and also at our local park. The hands-on approach is absolutely invaluable. We all had a great time learning very useful skills and our puppy is now learning and improving everyday!
