Hugh was very patient with all our questions and was not put off when our dog at first didn't cooperate. By the end of the session Monna was much more trusting of him. She also seemed happier when she realised that training doesn't have to be punishment. There were a few tips he gave that really stuck with me, including that walking should be a mental exercise for the dog as well as physical (so it's not just about physically tiring her out), and that this training focuses on making Monna feel safe and comfortable with leadership that she can trust.

My husband and I found the training incredible. Heathers feedback were very constructive and she explained the training process and methods in a way that was easy to understand. We feel confident that we have been taught the right techniques to help us and our rescue dog succeed in our training.

Heather gave us really good insides of some of Sissy's behaviors. As a result we both feel more confident in dealing our wayward dog :-). And funnily enough - she is responding! Sissy is still a working progress, and we are progressing. Thank you for your assistance.

We have a blue heeler pup / 6 months old. We thought we were doing all the right things, however when Arlo (our pup) started to rule the house with his biting and barking we knew we needed help. When Hugh first walked through our gates we didn't realise how lucky we were all (Arlo too) going to be. What a guy, Hugh is soft, gentle, understanding, knowledgeable (and that's just with us adults ) He was just as beautiful with Arlo. Arlo stood to attention on Hugh's first "Barr" and learnt so many manners that day. We couldn't praise Hugh and Bark Busters enough for their help, honesty and loyalty to their clients. Thank you guys, you have made us all very happy.

Very impressed. Hugh was very knowledgeable, positive, caring and made our experience fun. We instantly saw a change in Oscar and as long as we keep doing what we trained we know that with Hugh's guidance our puppy will be better than ever.

The dog training with Heather was fantastic. She listened to our concerns, understood what we were wanting to achieve and showed us how we can do it. The techniques that Heather taught us were explained really well, she explained how to do and what not to do. Guided the family through each technique. Heather has left us with some really great techniques where we can put into practice but also an information pack where we can refer back to as well. Best of all, the training has given us the confidence to be able to handle our dog both at home and in public. Thanks Heather.

Heather packed a lot into our first session which was both informative and effective. Major responded well and the great techniques Heather gave a to use we are confident will make our dog even more enjoyable. We enjoyed the session and look forward to future sessions and our relationship with Heather.

Wonderful training, explained very well and really appreciated that as the whole family did not want to give up on finding a way to understand Milo and have a close and cuddly relationship as we have done with our labs. Milo was a sweetheart only sometimes and now it's noticeable that he's happier with our calm behaviour towards him and he's completely flipped into a wonderful family member.

Very good. A lot to take in. Defiantly understand we need to help Chiili. Starting to get a routine and spending every day teaching our girl rules. Great flexibility with times so my partner and I can be present during training. Great on going support.

It was a lot to take in for the first session. Many more sessions will be needed as first time dog parents we need all the help we can get. It's great that we can call Hugh and discuss our problems we are having with Chilli. Great flexibility with training times so both my partner and I can be learning together.
