Hugh was able to deliver the material in an easy understandable way! We did not feel rushed in the session and were able to take our time in mastering all the different techniques that Hugh demonstrated to us. It was great to receive the tools (waggwalker, leads etc) to help us in our training journey. After our first visit we are all feeling much more positive and confident in our abilities and we are excited to get going. Wiley, Zef and the household look forward to being able to accomplish the task we have set ourselves.

Hugh is very understanding, empathetic and knowledgable and easily communicated the reasoning behind our pup's behaviour to come up with effective resolutions. Saide improved within hours of our first training session, less pulling on the lead and more attentiveness to us as leaders.

I can't believe how positive I feel about tomorrow morning's walk. After one session my dog has shown that she is capable of walking on a loose leash - and Heather has ensured I understand what to expect of her and how to achieve that. Heather's true affection for my dog meant a lot too. She understood that my girl is a family member, and not just a dog. She does not expect me to keep my dog off the furniture, or outside as other trainers do. This means that I am willing to incorporate everything she says - and the outcome will be outstanding. I have every confidence that the other issues will be sorted out as well, as Heather will give me the knowledge and ensure I have the support to do so.

Fantastic. It was really simple and easy to understand. Plus we really liked that they did not use treats to train with.

The session was very comprehensive and covered a lot of issues we have been experiencing with Shelby. Hugh explained everything in detail and answered all our questions competently. We learned many great new techniques on how to better handle our Shelby.

Hugh was friendly and knowledgeable. He was patient with us when we were learning techniques to train Montie. He explained every step in easy to follow instructions and gave us ample time to practice while he was here. It left us feeling confident to train Montie for the next few weeks.

I learnt so much in just a few hours, Hugh was brilliant! I feel much more confident with Coby now. I have already noticed a big change in him in just 24 hours.

A big thank you to Heather from Barkbusters. The dogs (and humans!) are responding well to the training. Less barking, better walking and 2 much happier dogs. It's amazing to see the change in such a short time. Money definitely well spent :)

Before Hugh arrived I was thinking if he can get Sally to do one or two things before he leaves it will be a miracle. But after Hugh had sat my wife and me down and explained how things worked and then showed us how to do things it was unbelievable.

I was really impressed with Hugh and the easy way in which everything was explained He showed patience not only with Roger but also me We are really looking forward to the next round of training to stop Roger running off after other dogs and other people.

Training was very well presented and very informative. Each detail was explained thoroughly and examples were taught well before moving on to the next area. Our trainer (Hugh) was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of solutions to help us with our puppy.
