Hugh was amazing with Indie, he has given us both some great tips in order to control Indie a bit better. Walking on the lead was one of the major problems we wanted to fix and within a week, she is a totally different dog. He has kept in touch with us since our first appointment and we are looking forward to showing him how much indie has improved when we see him in a few weeks.

I really was feeling overwhelmed by attempting to cope with Tinkerbell, my miniature poodle cross who is one year old. She is very hyperactive and was running the house and creating havoc and mess every day. After I spent 4 hours with Hugh and we brought Tinkerbell in for the last 2 hours I feel in control and much relieved and looking forward to a long, companionable and enjoyable future with our darling girl. Amazing results in a couple of hours. I can't believe how much Buddy has changed in just one day!! Hugh went through everything nice and slowly and we did lots of practicing together before I was on my own! It was great to meet Hugh back on he 6th April. He was very friendly and easy to deal with. Hugh came to help us with our 9 month old groodle. I really like the praising technique as opposed to food treating as it's so much more simple and your dog can associate the behaviour immediately. Techniques are basic and simple to follow.
