Hugh was really helpful in teaching us how to train Taz. Definitely felt more confident walking him which is something I was really anxious about due to him being so big and pulling so much. Hugh had a lot of knowledge about training but also about good nutrition and exercises to keep Taz stimulated mentally as well. He made us feel really comfortable and a lot calmer when trying to change Taz's behaviour. Definitely looking forward to a follow up meeting and most likely some more training around walking Taz with a pram for when bub is born! :)

First lesson went great! Heather came to our house and within a couple of hours had taught us some basic training for Archer which to our surprise he listened and took to really fast. Along with her knowledge we found Heathers down to earth personality perfect to help us understand how we communicate with Archer and how he communicates with us. Effective, clear and straight forward. Soft techniques using positive reinforcement and no forced feeding treats which is brilliant as Tango is not food motivated. Hugh was very patient with us. He took the time to explain everything, to show me again and again and reassure me. Since our first visit Tango has been much more focused on me and we are both much more relaxed when we leave the house for a walk. It is like Hugh gave me the users manual for my dog!
