Stef was very useful, as Milo has gone from thinking he owns the places to now realising that we are his leaders and he can only do things if we say it's okay to do so, he is also learning to loose lead walk and doing well straight away. She also is fantastic at keeping up to date with everything as she will message you to see how everything is going.

Stefanie was very supportive and patient with us and Dusty. Her explanations and instructions were clear and easy to understand. Even in the short time that Stefanie spent with us and Dusty, we have already seen changes and progress on Dusty's behaviour.

I have a boisterous 15mth old bulldog who was ruling me, making walking a chore and annoying my neighbours I'm sure, and when I called on Stefanie from Barkbusters. After an informative and comprehensive first lesson I was amazed by the change in her. Easy to understand and straightforward steps resulted in no pulling on lead and a dog who was more responsive to me. Second lesson later and Winnie's barking was almost non existent, and her focus remained on me around other people and dogs on walks. Final lesson with Stef's dogs reinforced Winnie's growth and leadership far more established. Stefanie delivers training with support and such a passion for dogs and the relationship with their owners. Very happy customers, Thankyou!!

Stefanie was brilliant our 1 year old kelpie would not stop barking stef implemented step by step guidelines to follow and we have seen huge improvements in Dasha. She taught us how to read her behaviour quite quickly which has helped us all. Highly recommend to anyone

To say that Stef is a genius sells her way short. We now have a delightful bordoodle named Molly who was a little of a hand full. She had some unpleasant behaviours which are now, after 2 Visits/lessons with Stef very manageable. As a 6 month old pup she is now showing signs of a delightful companion we got her for. Bark Busters showed us simple and easy ways to address the issues we had with Billy our Border Collie. Their techniques can be easily applied to everyday life whether you are at home, walking in the street or on holidays. Stefanie has been amazing, patient and answered the many questions we had. She spent the time to demonstrate the techniques to suit Billy's abilities and explain why these techniques are used. Billy has responded very well just within 2 weeks. He seems a lot calmer around the house, he is not running around crazy and barking, he refocus' on us a lot quicker and seems to understand what we are asking him to do. He is now walking next to us on lead and not pulling infront and controlling his walks. Stefanie has made contact to check how we were progressing in between sessions which was very reassuring. Stefanie also provided written information on the first session which was also useful. We are now getting our confidence back with Billy and Billy is getting his confidence back with us.

It's been such a remarkable improvement with Archie since we bought Stef on board. Stef's approach has been so warm, easy to understand yet achieved the desired results. We've been better able to integrate the pup and baby from the techniques Stef showed us. We're very pleased with the service and the follow up has been great so far.

Very good, friendly and very professional

Stefanie was extremely helpful and patient when it came to redirecting Jack's focus/attention. I had a lot of trouble with Jack's dominant personality and she explained things in a way that made it easy to understand Jack and how to deal with him in his language. I saw a big difference within the first minute of Stefanie's presence which gave me the confidence to do the same thing. Extremely professional and would highly recommend!

The training session was great. It gave us some practical skills and techniques to put in place and gave us the confidence to feel that we could get Sidney's various challenging behaviours under control.

Stefanie was great at teaching us different techniques to control Leo and help him focus on us. The techniques were logical and very easy to understand. Leo picked up the training quite quickly and we were able to practice a lot in our own time. Stefanie also brought her dogs to help train leo and we attended a group training class.

Stef was an absolute lifesaver! The improvement that the training has made to our lives is absolutely incredible. Stef was super friendly, helpful and understanding. The training she provided was not telling us what we were doing wrong, like I expected dog training to be. Instead, Stef was super encouraging and explained everything, including the reasons behind why we do everything. Within 10 minutes we could already see a massive difference. We are currently doing our homework exercised and everyone is loving it, especially Loki.
