Heather was fantastic! Have already recommended her to others.

I was very happy as was my dog :) I was amazed how he responded. I learnt a lot. Heather made me relaxed and more confident.

We have a beautiful Dalmatian puppy by the name of Ruby and she has been a great addition to our family since we first picked her up from the Airport 9 months ago. We wanted to ensure she had the best start in life by ensuring we gave her the respect she needs but also so she did the same in return. We did some research and found Heather from Bark Busters. Heather has been amazing and has a lot of love and passion for the work she does and also on top of all that with great success. We noticed an immediate change in Ruby from Day 1 and as the training progressed Ruby now knows her position within our Family Pack. She is developing until a lovely dog and we couldn't thank Heather enough for helping us get there. An example was recently when we had to visit the Veterinarian for Ruby it required the Vet to look into her ears. She is not the biggest fan and has a lot of power in resisting making it extremely difficult. As this was proving unsuccessful and all we wanted was for her to get better. I decided to try out the training from Heather. As soon as I commanded Ruby she stopped all resisting and allowed us to look into her ears. She tried again and with another command we were able to look at both ears and for the Vet to evaluate the problem. The Vet commented and was amazed saying that Ruby had the respect of her owner which was also rewarding for us. Thanks Heather for all your support and any ongoing training we would highly recommend to anyone starting out with a puppy and having that early control and for anyone wanting to correct any bad habits. It has been very rewarding and money well spent.

Heather was kind gentle and patient with us as well as our slightly neurotic pooch. She listened to us about our goals and concerns..Zeus is a big dog. We got him when he was almost a year old so he was already way too strong for us I was very worried that mum and I would not be enough for him, Heather made it clear she would be honest with us..turns out mum and I are trainable lol which will make it easier to train Zeus :-) she made great progress with us just in a few hours and her advice and professionalism was invaluable BIG THANKYOU XX

My 4 1/2 year old Golden Retriever had been pulling his whole life and by the end of one session was walking beside me with slack lead. Unbelievable! Techniques made perfect sense, 'SpeakingDog' worked wonders and they listened. Heather was wonderful and a joy to have at my home. Bark Busters was recommended by a friend a couple of years ago, should have done it then.

Percy was much calmer by the end of the training and responded to our commands immediately. It was good to practice the techniques with Heather and very rewarding to see it working straight away. Heather was very friendly and clearly cares about dogs. She was strict on the things that mattered but still allows the dog to be loved and part of the family.

Heather is a very passionate and caring person and made me feel more confident. I thought that it was a bit expensive at first, but after working with Heather it is worth every penny. One happy dog owner!

The first visit covered everything in a very comprehensive way that made sense of the techniques and methods. The BAH word works brilliantly. Heather was very friendly and helpful. I was/am impressed with her commitment to ongoing training rather that just the 2 or 3 visits needed initially!

Heather was amazing! We were at our wits end with both Nina and Buddy. Now we can groom, walk and spend so much more time with them. We're a different household :)
