I feel liberated! Knowledge is power, and thanks to John, I now know exactly what to do if Gryffyn misbehaves. I have an escalating scale of responses to bad behaviour that Gryffyn instinctively understands. I now have confidence in my ability to control my dog. I can take him for a walk without worrying about him seeing another dog, or, heaven forbid..joggers! I am no longer afraid of motor bikes, either, because I know what to do if Gryffyn tries to drag-race them as they pass us. I don't have to wrestle with him to get my socks back; one quiet word, and he spits them out. We are a work-in-progress, but thanks to John and Bark Busters, I can really SEE the progress.

We found John's training to be excellent. He is patience and takes the time to explain not only how to do it but the reasoning why. We found the techniques that he showed us to be effective and we can see the changes in our dogs behavior. After putting up with the bad behavior of our four legged friend for so long it is a relief that we now know how to deal with issues and believe that we will have a much better relationship with our dog which in turn has made our dog happier as well.
