Within an hour my big boy was behaving like a totally different dog. Neil gave me back my confidence, which was at an all time low. I had reached the very difficult decision that this was our last chance. I cannot thank Neil enough for all he has done for my family. We may only be a few days into this training but my boys responses have remained.

Neil was fantastic with Bruno and Shadow and had them responding to him instantly. Obviously very knowledgeable, Neil was also very helpful in answering our questions and explaining the training procedure. After 1 week there has been a huge improvement in Bruno's behaviour and Shadow's barking problem has almost completely stopped. Thanks Neil.

All I can say is amazing we have a rescue dog who every time we left the house would start high pitch barking and leaping in the air well yesterday we were able with Neil's magic to walk her out the door and along the road with not a sound and within an hour she was down the park running round with Neil's beautiful calm dog and she was having a great time bought a tear to my eyes we now have the confidence to carry on the training we were given and look forward to the next few weeks putting this in place we have a new dog and all thanks to Neil thank you so much you are amazing calm and love you dogs we can't thank you enough.

We called Bark Busters because we thought we would have to rehome our dog due to incessant barking in a unit complex after complaints from neighbours, as well as territoriality when visitors came to our house. After one session with Neil we had a complete turn around, our dog responded immediately and within one day there was an incredible improvement. Our dog is quite stubborn and persistent so we were worried that it would be quite challenging, however, Neil gave us a set of guidelines and massive amounts of encouragement and it has completely paid off. There are now weeks without us hearing a single bark, and he is much calmer and submissive without being nervous or scared. Both dogs would bark at any noise or anyone coming to the door. They also barked at anyone coming within sight(walking past etc.). Within virtually minutes of Neil arriving, the dogs started to respond to his training methods. Once I got my mouth closed and Neil explained what he was doing and why, we realized a lot of the problem was us. We all love our pets, or we wouldn't be going to the trouble of calling in Bark Busters, but, all the things I thought were good things, weren't necessarily GOOD things. We had our first lesson with Neil on Thursday, he is amazing results were instantaneous. Our beautiful fur baby was (note I am Saying was) a barker at every noise and movement. After Neil teaching her and myself what to do she now responds to my command and stops straight away and comes and sits at my feet. I couldn't be happier. The techniques Neil taught us have generalised really well. So now we can walk in the house without being jumped on, Archie's stopped scratching and barking and he now has excellent recall across a very large yard. He seems so much less aloof and more engaged, which is fabulous as it's always been hard to get his attention.

My beautiful Dobermann Atticus had major issues with aggression, barking, on lead.... you name it. Neil is AMAZING! Within the first hour he was able to setup an effective behavioural plan; explain why Atticus was acting inappropriately & how I could successfully change this. If you have a problem pooch causing you or your neighbours worry then just call BarkBusters. Problem solved , really it's true. Neil Erskine has worked wonders with us. I was very impressed by his genuine love for animals and the gentle approach. My 9 month old Malamute (Kodi) and Pomeranian cross Chihuahua (Turbo) are now more relaxed and easier to manage which means they spend more time with us. They were hyperactive and turbo was starting to bark at his own shadow which encouraged Kodi. Lots of jumping up was fun when Kodi was tiny but it had become a problem with a 50kg puppy. I had a very upset neighbour complain about barking and threatened to call council. We live on a corner block and everyone walks their dogs, horses and kids past. I called Neil on a very positive recommendation from our Vet nurse Jodi in Karalee. Neil came out almost the next day and in a few hours our guys are paying attention and almost silent.
