Heather was great she was easy to talk to about our issues with Jasper. We were happy with first visit and looking forward to doing exercises layed out for us to do. The big test comes when we go to a Park and he will be with other dogs this is one of our main problems that with Heather's help we can sought out.

Hugh came today for a second visit as I was having trouble walking our dog and getting her to stop barking. My son is her primary owner but he is away for a month. Hugh was very helpful. He showed me how to walk 'Jazz' properly and how to get her to stop the barking which was driving me crazy. Hugh was very patient with me and Jazz and I would highly recommend his help to anyone having trouble with their dogs.

Gunner's dad moved interstate and he has been struggling with the change in pack dynamic, which has manifested itself into barking and separation anxiety. Heather was amazing. She explained Gunner's emotional state and how we were going to address it thoroughly and in a way that way easy to understand. I loved Heather's warmth and how she treated Gunner. This was important to me as it demonstrated that I can maintain the loving, cuddly relationship with my baby, whilst still achieving the desired results behaviorally. Hugh was great with Andy , his knowledge about dog behaviour is impressive. All the techniques he explained to us about how to deal with Andy's behaviour are very efficient and Andy is doing great! Walking him now it's been really easy since he stopped pulling. Still have a lot to learn and Quite a way to go but we will get there. With bark busters he will get there!!

Hugh was very knowledgable and friendly, obviously had plenty of experience dealing with dogs and Hunter warmed to him immediately. Clarified a lot of issues we had only partially explored, like nutrition and correction technique as well as plenty we did not know about. Hunter was a changed dog at home in the 3 hours Hugh spent with us and we are seeing great improvements each day in his walking and interaction with other dogs. Looking forward to the next session.

Hugh was brilliant and within 20mins I started to see my fur-babies respond. Gracie is now looking at me for directions and guidance and is feeling more and more comfortable of me being the pack leader. Thank you Hugh and looking forward to the next few months and more positive changes to come. I have tried other services and nothing compares to bark busters

Training was awesome!! Very helful and informative. Trainers are very in tune with your pets and what they need to work on and they want to help you achieve your goals.

We thought the training session with Hugh was excellent. Hugh was very clear on all instructions and gave us a great overview of the Bark Buster's philosophy and training techniques. Hugh was very clear and went through the information at a pace that was easy to understand and digest for the first time. We are very pleased with the training techniques and noticed results within the next couple of days following our first session with Hugh. Hugh made the initial training experience enjoyable and gave us confidence to train Reu with simple and effective techniques.

Hugh was absolutely amazing and after one session we feel like we have a new dog. You could tell that our trainer loved dogs very much and cared for their well being which was important to me. We had to establish Nash as no longer the leader in our pack and I thought the techniques employed were very effective and simple. They also made sense in the way of adhering to the dog's natural environment and 'pack behaviour'.

The major problem with Taffy was she is so big and strong when she saw another dog she would pull strongly on her harness and often get into a barney/aggression with other dogs - but never knew which one it would be. In trying to hold her back I strained my back. Walking her became stressful as I was not fully in control. Brian gave me strategies as to how to manage her as well as a half choker collar. He gave me further information on dog behaviour, and management. We have had 2 individual sessions so far and one social session. Things are much improved but it is a work in progress. Taffy has responded well but I need to continue to learn and apply the teachings.
