Jakob has been great so far. He is friendly, knows his stuff, patient and very dedicated to helping us with our dog. Our dog is very hesitant to give up leadership and thinks hes the boss but Jakob is very determined to help. The price for what we have already received support wise is very reasonable and I’d recommend him to everyone wanting to reign in any behaviours with their dog/s. On top of a 3 hour first visit, Jakob checks in via text and phone calls and is super attentive. Honestly at this point couldn’t be happier! Only regret is not using Bark Busters earlier.

However that is not his role because the leaders are there within the pack - otherwise - how could have he arrived at your front door step. With your pack. Moreover - the leaders of Phoenixs' pack are smarter creatures. And that is the key to this conundrum which transcends to an obstacle till we arrive at the meeting of the minds. What encapsulates the process of becoming is that picture of how we see ourselves in the at times tumultuous yet serendipitous journey of life - a journey we have been gifted in the amount of time we are allocated on this planet of ours. People such as yourself are the humans that push us forward as a consciousness of love and offer a glimpse into the potential of human existence. I could not do this without you and your pack - we learn along the way - it will never be perfect - yet all is perfect. I admire your consistence - your persistence - your attitude to life and your love for your pack. I came in as a stranger and walked out a friend. For that I am grateful! Jokob is a good and nice trainer! At the lesson we already saw QQ change, after 2 weeks we keep use the method that Jokob told us QQ already can enjoy his walking on the street no more pulling and scared. Also, at home if he saw people walking outside the street no more barking and aggression. we felt so luck that we find Jokob, with lifetime warranty I don't need to worry about if QQ got other problem later!

Jakob dealt with Hyperactivity, Separation anxiety
From the moment Jakob entered my home he filled me with confidence that he was prepared for the challenge of dealing with a father and son rivalry.
He clearly explained the process of how I needed to take control of this situation.
The training process was easily understood. He trains the humans to train their dogs!
By the time he left the two males were considerably better at tolerating each other.
I look forward to working with Jakob in the future as I can see it being a very positive outcome for the pair of rival dogs

It was a learning curve for myself as well being in your presence and seeing how the dogs take to your energy. You made my life that much easier as we embarked on this sibling rivalry which was an isolated case. The dog world can also be seen as a microcosm of the human world, just as humans are individuals so are our dogs. Each unique in their own way. What stood out was the connection you had with all your dogs - the love and care, and well being of your dogs was evident on a level that transcended the physical realm if you will. It was plain as day to see and to understand why are regarded by your peers as a leader in your field on the Australian and International landscape. Jakob was extremely kind, polite, judgement free and very understanding. You can tell that he has a deep love for helping dogs and their pack's. In a matter of hours, I could see a change in behaviour in Rocky from the training Jakob had taught me. I can't wait to see how much further he'll go with continued training. Thank you Jakob for helping me learn how communicate with my dog!

Erika and Brandon - thank you both very much, for it would not have been possible, without your love in offering Rocky a new lease of life from his potential predicament. There are approximately 265 dogs and cats put down every day in Australia - those left behind for one reason or another i.e. {Behaviour}. Because of you two, you made it possible not only to rehome Rocky but went even further and addressed the reasons why Rocky was in the shelter/pound in the first place. Kudos to you both. It is humans like you - that help make this planet a better place - one dog at a time. Thank you again! I see you both Erika & Brandon as round pegs in square holes! Here's to the crazy ones, the misfits, the rebels, the troublemakers, the round pegs in square holes... the ones who see things differently - they're not fond of rules... You can quote them, glorify or vilify them, but the only thing you cannot do is ignore them because they push the human race forward, and while some may seem them as the crazy ones, we see genius, because the ones who are crazy enough to think that they can change the world, are the ones who do. I am very happy with our progress so far. The effects started to show pretty much immediately. Peter and Jacob spent a great deal of time explaining things in a simple and effective way. The tools (strategies and physical tools) are easy to apply and use. There was immediate practice in the session, which was very helpful too. Jacob has been back since and we had a great session. He is very patient and knowledgeable. We are learning heaps and our puppy is happier and more adjusted :)
