The difference our training with Kelly has made is amazing! Since the birth of our daughter our Golden Retriever George had developed some decent separation anxiety which manifested in constant barking, licking and hyperactivity (including jumping up). After just one session George had completely settled down, no barking and very calm when inside. The tools Kelly has given us to work with George are simple and easy and have meant we can finally all be together as a family both inside and outside. Thanks you so much Kelly!!!

We contacted Bark Busters as we were struggling with the behavioural issues of our mini dachshund puppy. We waited with anticipation with what Kelly could offer us to relieve the stress we were experiencing. Indy was not settling at night, barking constantly and could not be left alone. Kelly explained to us, in detail why she was behaving this way. Within a couple of hours of training we already could see a change in Indy. The techniques used are simple and effective. We waited in anticipation for kaias 1st day of training today with Kelly. Our boy kaia has quite a few behavioural issues where i was giving up, started feeling there was no hope and he would always be naughty and have no ears. Our dog Kiba is a Labrador x Kelpie and was very hyperactive, always jumping on us and visitors and was constantly barking to the extent where there was a complaint to our real estate. Within the first few seconds Kelly had sought the problem and we had already seen an immediate change in Kiba's behaviour. Kelly gave us the tools we needed and is well worth the money. I would recommend Kelly to everyone.

The change in Mosty's behaviour was evident immediately. Kelly showed us easy but effective ways to train Mosty. She was very patient, professional and friendly. We couldn't take another night of barking, howling and whining from our new puppy so we called Kelly. After one lesson we had techniques and a plan which resulted in complete silence that night.... and a happy, relaxed and confident Cavoodle who was keen to learn from that day on. We are now working each day to build the relationship of understanding and trust between us and our new furry family member and cannot thank Kelly enough for the clear path she provided.

10 years of experience gave us confidence and made for a well presented and easily understood initial consultation. Unbelievable results - 24 hours later, only one half bark!

I would like to thank Kelly McClelland for her training and guidance with our 3yo poodle. Aria is a lovely dog, however, walks on the lead were a nightmare of pulling and barking at other dogs. When the doorbell rang or the neighbor's dog barked, Aria barked uncontrollably. We have lived in constant fear of doors and gates being left open and Aria running off. After our initial training session our walks improved 100% - we walk together, slack lead and it is enjoyable, not a struggle. When the dog barks next door Aria ignores it. We have just had a follow up session and I have to say this is the best money we have spent. We are happier and most importantly, Aria is a much happier and contented dog. Kelly is fantastic - she understands dogs better than anyone I have ever met.

The training has been unbelievable, we now have a 9 month old Staffy puppy who has become a lovely respectful member of our family. She no longer jumps all over visitors, doesn't bark at the vacuum cleaner, mower, whipper snipper and blower vac. She lays at the back door and watches my husband while he does the yard work. She has stopped digging holes in the garden. We now have our bed back we allow her to sleep on the end of the bed and she doesn't climb on the bed until we have both got into it and we invite here up to sleep on the end of it. We can also make the bed without her going crazy jumping all over it. She sits on the bedroom floor and watches. I cannot recommend Kelly enough all this has been achieved after one lesson. Kelly came back today to do a follow up and gave us tips on how we can improve our commands it is a case of training us the owners to give Peppa clear and concise instructions which she happily takes on board. Kelly is amazing.

Fantastic service, far surpassed my expectations about what could be achieved, how quickly, and how simple and effective training can be when shown the right methods. I learnt so much about my dog that I never knew and feel in control of my furbaby for the first time. Got so much information and practical tools, very concise and direct, no confusion. Feel a huge sense of relief that help is at hand, and amused that the obvious once shown would not have occured to me otherwise! Brilliant...
