Kelly made everything clear to us. Husband and I felt it was informative and enjoyable. We would recommend Bark Busters to anyone we knew that had a problem dog.

Sensible techniques - practical. Gave us a good insight into how dogs think/act. Pup was able to "come" on command and stop stalking chooks. All our questions that we had were answered comprehensively.

Everything Kelly explained to us and showed us was backed by an understandable explanation as to why or how which gave the whole family more of an understanding and involvement with our much loved Charlo. Very pleased.

Kelly listened to the issues, observed us and then offered advice and practiced techniques with us. Simple techniques resulted in the two dogs changing their behaviour. Kelly ensured that the techniques would fit into our daily routine easily. Kelly was realistic and has a great sense of humour.

Very useful, Kelly (instructor) is very well direct and well explained instructions. Should have done this a long time ago, will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Simply amazing! What Kelly had us and Bella doing in such a short time was very rewarding and we didn't have to bribe her with treats.

Hi I would like to mention what a wonderful trainer I was sent from Bark Busters. I have a shihTzu/Maltese that I wanted to have assessed as my Assistance dog with A.W.A.R.E dogs. I had little knowledge of what was required and Kelly was brilliant in helping me access the information I required then working with me and my dog Monty until we were able to achieve the requirements for him to pass the Assistance dog Assessment. Kelly was wonderful to work with and understood the problems I had and even picked me up from my home to drive me into the City to practice with Monty. She is a wonderful trainer, kind, firm and really understanding. monty and I couldn't have asked for anyone better and we would like to thank Kelly for her help in getting Monty to the standard he needed to reach. Kelly has a wonderful way of making you feel at ease and I felt as though I had a friend in my home not just a dog trainer. Thank you Kelly we will always be grateful to you for your experience, advice, patience and kindness

Thank you Kelly! 2.5 hours is all it took to convince us we had spent our money well. We look forward to a safe, happy and obedient Bella.

Kelly dealt with Chewing, Puppy management, Sibling rivalry, Toileting
we recently brought a puppy into our family, and being
first time dog owners just assumed this would be an easy process..how wrong
we were!
Our puppy was having difficulty adjusting to the new environment and getting used to a new family dynamic, but with Kelly's help we have been able to help make this adjusting period as easy as possible! Whilst he is still a
puppy, we are in control and this not only makes for a happier puppy, but
also a happier household!
I cannot speak highly enough of Kelly

Kelly has been a joy to have in our home. Family friendly, realistic and practical. Open to questions - gives honest and informed answers. I have been told time and time again that I was not assertive enough. Kelly told me I was assertive but my timing was off, so the individualization and 'tweaking' of techniques was crucial for me. I feel confident again. (Silly that a puppy can take you confidence away, isn't it?).

We found changes in our dog the very next day, mostly waking at 5am changed to 7am (oh!). Kelly really knew her stuff. She was very knowledgeable and resourceful.

Kelly is a wonderful trainer- very friendly & helpful & explains things in a way that's easy to understand. I've had trainers in the past that make me feel bad when something doesn't work; Kelly never does that. I was really at the end of tether- both are shelter dogs with a HUGE amount of issues & this is the first trainer to make any significant difference & make me feel I could actually keep these dogs.
