We should be thanking you for the magnificent service you have provided, and of course it's always a pleasure meeting like-minded people. I'm sitting here in my office staring out the window at Snowie just sitting by the gate watching the world go past. Not one bark has escaped his lips this morning, what a pleasure it is to have him look, feel and act like a happy dog rather than a fluffy, aggressive white ball terrorising our neighbours...lol! I"m sure the neighbours think so too! So happy I did make the move and call you. Thank you with all our hearts for helping us with him. What a difference! Yes! we are keeping very strict tabs on him at the moment. He loves the new soft crate we bought and has had no problems sleeping in it for the past two nights. Chilli and him like the new menu and so do we. What a difference the food has made already including the treats. All the other pet food I have is gone. And his no longer jumping up on the lounge or beds unless he has been invited. How cool is that! I'm one happy Mummy, now. As you can see the training is going really well and Snowie has taken to it, an A+ student...heee! You would be proud of him and us as well...hmmm! Loves his new toys and treats to play with. I realise it has been a very short time but the improvement in him has been unbelievable. What a pleasure it has been. Thank you again for everything.

Kelly was fantastic and made this a really positive experience for my husband, our dogs and me. We can't wait to continue training with her and see our dogs behaviour improve!

Very noticeable improvements were seen in a very short period and with all the techniques Kelly has shown us Bruce continues to get even better.

Kelly has improved "our" confidence, she explained how the "pack" works. We now have a dog who listens and acts to our requests - no longer barking at our visitors when the door bell rings. Should have contacted Bark Busters years ago! Thank you, Kelly.

Moet is our 4th dog with Bark Busters. Today was also a good refresher for me, as well as our other dog, Cognac. He pulled himself back into line within a few minutes of Kelly arriving! Sensible techniques - practical. Gave us a good insight into how dogs think/act. Pup was able to "come" on command and stop stalking chooks. All our questions that we had were answered comprehensively.

Everything Kelly explained to us and showed us was backed by an understandable explanation as to why or how which gave the whole family more of an understanding and involvement with our much loved Charlo. Very pleased.

Kelly listened to the issues, observed us and then offered advice and practiced techniques with us. Simple techniques resulted in the two dogs changing their behaviour. Kelly ensured that the techniques would fit into our daily routine easily. Kelly was realistic and has a great sense of humour.
