What can I say, it was such a blessing to have met Ken. I rang Ken explaining the situation that we were having with our female Australian Bulldog , she started being aggressive to guests and to my daughter which lives with us and attacked her for no reason and we were fearing for her safety and for ourselves as well. Ken listened to everything that had happened and asked a lot of question about our dog. He explained over the phone what to do in the meantime and the style of teaching that he uses and he was able to come that same week which was a Blessing. When we met Ken he just put us at ease. Super friendly and easy to talk to , he asked questions like our dogs history, how we interact with our dog, the method of walking our dog. Ken was very attentive to everything we were saying . You can just tell Ken is very passionate in what he does and he is amazing to watch how he takes control of the situation with our dog. Our family was present and my son and myself were so worried that Ken would be attacked by our dog . With Ken's experience he was able to see and judge the situation and explaining everything he was going to do beforehand to put us at ease. Once he started the process we were all blown away how he took control of the situation with his technic and the respect our dog had with Ken . It really was amazing to witness it . The best part is he explained all the methods he was using and showed us what to do so we can start using them to train our dog. On top of this we can contact Ken anytime if we need to. Ken is an absolutely brilliant trainer. Ken dives deep into the why's dogs behave the way they do and he really helped me understand my dog so much better. His training greatly improved my dog's behaviour in a few short sessions, but also really helped set expectations and didn't overpromise on what was capable in what timeframes!

Having recently completed training sessions with Ken for my little buddy Larry, I can confidently say it was a transformative experience. Ken was patient and very professional in teaching my husband and me to train Larry, making a difference in my dog's obedience and behaviour. We only did the first meeting for 2hrs with 2 French bulldogs for whom we miserably failed their training in the past. Ken was very clear and helpful on the different actions we were to take. His explanations were adapted to each situation and he answered all our questions. We are at the beginning of our journey and we will need Ken for more sessions but already we have seen a lot of improvement in our dogs' behaviour. We try to stick to the exercise schedule sent over by email and remain as consistent as possible. Ken also told us that we could send him a message at any time, which is reassuring when you don't remember an action or face a different situation. The material given is greatly appreciated and even if it was the first time we heard of such a method, it is full of common sense. It is of very good value as the sessions are unlimited and you can even call Ken or another trainer when you move area, if you need a refresher after one year, Ken told us. Again, we only had one session so far but we look forward to having the next one.
