We have two beautiful Pomeranians. George is the eldest, and doesn't have an behavioural issues. However, Daphne who is just over 1 has proven to be quite challenging. We have tried barking collars, and other trainers and nothing seemed to work. I appreciate Ken's gentle approach, my pups are like my children, and they're very little. So rough training doesn't suit them or me. After the first session I saw incredible improvements. There were further improvements after the second session. I feel relieved to know that Ken offers a life time guarantee. He contacts me regularly to find out how Daphne is. He explains his techniques, and "trains" my husband and I. I would recommend Ken to anyone needing assistance. After Ken's first visit Daphne was toilet trained (14 months of failing), and funnily enough toilet training was the one issue she said he could not guarantee. Well, she's finally toilet trained. Her barking as improved immensely, and I feel comfort in knowing I can see him again, and again if need be.

we are very pleased with our visit from Ken. He was very professional and efficient. He explained the training techniques clearly and made us feel that the outcomes are very achievable. He got instant results with Bella and was also able to provide the opportunity to purchase equipment we needed very easily using bank transfer. Ken made himself available at a time that suited our family and we really appreciate the techniques and theory that we were taught. Fingers crossed we can be as consistent as we need to be to get results with Bella.

We picked Bark Busters because of the local service, and so that we would have a consistent and effective approach to training our new rescue-greyhound. Ken is absolutely amazing, he really took the time to build rapport and explain everything to us - and also has made himself available as needed with our questions etc. PLUS - within 5 minutes of Ken meeting our girl, she was following commands and behaving like a proper lady! He is very knowledgeable and calm, which makes training so much smoother - and its been easy to implement on our own. While the actual strategies and commands we employ are simple in essence, having Ken come and show us made all the difference.
