Kia was very helpful. The techniques she showed me have been very effective so far with the dogs finding it easy to learn. Still early days but I’m hopeful that they will continue (with ongoing training) to improve and eventually we’ll be able to go for walks without having to worry about other dogs.

In the beginning we were overwhelmed as we didn’t know what else we could do with our rescue puppy Lucy, who seemed to be very strong willed. We have always had dogs and never had trouble with training them ourselves so lucy was a huge challenge. we were a bit hesitant at first to get a trainer and to choose the right person. A friend recommended Kia as she had had amazing results with her dog. We found Kia had a wealth of knowledge and experience in dog behaviour and training, we couldn’t believe the instant results even with Molly our 7 year old who took to the training really quick. Kia’s approach to training was different to what we expected as most trainers use treats. We have some way to go but results so far have been outstanding. We found Kia to be an excellent trainer. We are so pleased to have had her help with our Cattle Dog "Digger". We learnt a lot from the training as well with regards to how a dog is feeling. Kia was very personable whilst clearly explaining the training program and how it works. She focused in on Fritzy's behavioural issues and was able to provide me with immediate strategies. Whilst very professional, Kia has a lovely warm and caring approach. Even though it's very early days the strategies to correct Fritz's behaviour are already working with significant improvement already. I look forward to our next session.
