Stefanie is fantastic! She took the time to understand what aspects of Stanley’s behaviour we most wanted to address and gave us a number of techniques to train Stanley. Stefanie explained what we needed to do and then helped us practice so that we were confident to continue training when she was gone. Stefanie is very patient and never made us feel like we asked silly questions. Stanley really responded well to the techniques and I feel like I really got value for money. Highly recommend Stefanie to anyone training their dog.

From the time Stef entered our home, she provided us with advice about how to address Naala's behaviour (mainly barking). She was so patient and informative in our initial session and we started to see immediate (positive) changes in Naala. Another problem was Naala's walking, which was also addressed during the first session and I am so happy with her progress. She now walks on a loose lead consistently! Although Naala still does have a few things to improve, she has come a long way since our first session. Seeing so much progress since her first session is fantastic!

Stefanie was amazing throughout the whole process, she made me and my sister feel comfortable and confident throughout the sessions. She clearly has a passion for her job and ensured we were well supported and taught us many great strategies to help our dogs excessive barking and separation anxiety. She even brought in her own dogs to act as a distraction to our dog which we loved.

We are first-time dog owners. We have had the three initial lessons and one recently about something that arose with changing circumstances in our household. We have been very heartened by the training which gave us a consistent and well thought-through strategy for every area that was causing us difficulty and has put us in control. It made an obvious difference in the dog's demeanor. He was much calmer (as were we!) and we were able to begin to really enjoy him. We really like the fact that the owner signs up for the life of the dog. Stefanie is very accommodating and positive. She obviously loves her work and cares about the animals she works with.

When we met Stefanie for the first time she was very kind, friendly and very understanding with our concerns and needs with our new companion TITAN who we adopted recently from the SECOND CHANCE ANIMAL RESCUE 🐶. . Stefanie gave us a fabulous insight in to how we should treat and understand TITAN 🐶, meaning as humans trying to teach him the human ways, & not just his basic K-9 behaviour. Our Family time spending with TITAN 🐶: walking has been sooo enjoyable and relaxing compare to when we first had him we struggled to get him to walk beside us as he was always tugging. Stef has been amazing with my puppy staffy Dakota! I first met Stef when I was fostering dogs and when she got adopted, a few months later I got a pup of my own I didn’t think twice about calling Stef at Bark Busters! Her guidance and advice has helped me improve my 6 month old jumping, door control, assertiveness and walking on the lead right beside me! From pulling on the lead and giving me rope burn (them Staffies are strong!!) during our walks I now enjoy walking my excitable pup!

Stef was wonderful. Very patient and clear in explaining the process. Was very impressed with how quickly my 9 year old Labrador was picking up the new commands. She has been very helpful with both his listening skills (which needed improvement) and assisted in the introduction of him to our new kitten.

Stefanie was very clear in her instructions & requirements of myself and my dog. She was very easy to talk to honestly regarding any concerns I have with my dog or the training. I look forward to further training Inka with the tools and skills Stefanie gave me to further improve my dogs separation anxiety.
