We adopted a new greyhound who had some issues with toileting inside and cried when we left him alone. Stefanie was recommended to us by a friend and it was a delight working with her. It was great that she also has a greyhound herself so knew of the little quirks this breed has. Stef explained things really clearly and was able to equip us with the tools to dealing with our dog. She gave us additional techniques for general obedience and explained things like how to read body language for both us and Ronnie, so that we could get the best results. After the first session, we saw a marked improvement in Ronnie. Of course, it's a constantly ongoing process with us getting to know Ronnie and vice versa, but Stef has been really helpful when we've needed to contact her again. The lifetime guarantee is definitely a drawcard with Bark Busters but hopefully we won't need it! Can definitely highly recommend Stefanie.

Stefanie has been amazing in helping us train Suri, our 3 year old Bull Arab. Suri had reactivity issues and was generally very stubborn but after the first training session we noticed the biggest difference in her behaviour as we learned how to communicate with her effectively. We've now had 2 sessions and she responds to us much better and her recall has improved so much. It's much easier for us to take her out and her door manners are excellent now. We're still working on her reactivity towards other dogs but she's made great progress! Thanks Stefanie!

We have had three visits from Stefanie so far in the space of one month and already we can see major improvements in our little mini daschund Butters! Before Stefanie came to us Butters was an anxious, miss behaved, non-responsive little boy, now..after only two sessions he is such a different dog. We are so appreciative of the help, great advice and around the clock support that we have received from Stefanie! Coco needed help with pretty extreme pulling on the lead, which was an issue as he is a big (45kg) boy. Stefanie taught us really effectively to change his behaviour in regard to his lead walking, as well as a few other issues like answering the door when people visited, and jumping on guests. We have had two follow up sessions with Stefanie, including meeting her three dogs and using them as distractors for Coco when walking on the lead. Coco is now able to walk on a loose lead and was able to ignore the other dogs when walking on the lead. Thank you Stef.
