Phillip was very professional and patient and I was very impressed with how well and how quickly Oreo responded to the techniques used in the training. I was surprised how effective the commands were and very happy to have my first night in 6 months without Oreo mouthing my hand when I went to sleep. Overall I was very happy with the experience for both myself and Oreo and would certainly recommend the service to anyone who wants a better relationship with their puppy

Very insightful, even though I read a couple of books and watched endless Caesar Milan before getting our 6m old rescue dog, some behaviour had me really stumped and Philip was able to not only explain it but offer clear and practical ways to manage it. If you want to have a responsive, well trained dog which respects you this training is just what you need.

At first i was a little overwhelmed with everything i was doing wrong with kitchi but as phillip explained each exercise to me, I felt much better. I know kitchi was very tired that day of training but i was proud of him for doing his training so well. Phillp has a lot of patience, well spoken which makes it easy to understand and do the exercises with kitchi.
