Our trainer Phillip Comans was excellent. He explained everything very well and was patient with us as this was all new for us as well as for Dino. He was punctual even though he travelled to our home from a distance. He was polite and very professional and knowledgable. His instruction even though it was only our first lesson was immediately effective and the ongoing practice that we are doing each day is working very well. The training was very interesting and challenged what we thought was the way to go. The logic and results of the training were excellent and we are already seeing a significant improvement in Lionel's behaviour and state of mind - he is so much more relaxed and compliant. We feel so much more confident in handling Lionel and helping him become a a happy and well trained little dog.

We really enjoyed the session we had with Philip. He takes the time to explain the reasoning behind the techniques and was very patient with our dogs. Our dogs have shown tremendous improvement and I feel confident that the tips Philip showed us will result in two very happy and well behaved pups.

Training was excellent Phillip covered everything and delivered the lesson in an extremely positive way. I was very happy with the service.

Phillip Comans showed us some techniques which enabled us to function as Shelby's pack leaders. Once we started implementing a few positive techniques there was a noticable difference in Shelby's attitude. She was instantly more calmer and stopped barking. Her level of anxiety towards other people dropped and looked to us for guidance if we were relaxed she was too. The "on lead" technique is brilliant and I highly recommend it. Philip provided practical help which is easy to implement and practice ourselves. We have noticed a vast improvement in Shadows behaviour already.

Phillip was excellent. He helped us through the process, making it a great mixture of fun and informative. Modelled the ideas well. Encouraged us to be better 'top-dogs'!

I was amazed at the change and difference in Spunkys behavior at the end of the day!
