It is based on understanding the fundamentals of canine communication and adapting techniques so our dog’s can understand us easily and quickly. Once this is in place, we can begin to educate your dog so they learn the behaviour you desire and in turn they will become calmer and more relaxed.
We will work together at your home, which ensures your dog will be in a calm environment and often in a space that many of the behaviours you want to change occur. As the training is one to one, I can work with you and your dog at your own pace and adjust the training program to specifically cover the issues you are experiencing, whether that is at home or out on your daily walk.
I do not use any harsh methods and I believe hands are for praise and encouragement only. We will work together to ensure your dog is listening to your voice tones, watching your body language and understands what you want from him/her. I can help with all problems such as aggression to dogs, aggression to people, separation anxiety, sibling rivalry, excessive barking, toilet training recall, pulling on the lead, destructive behaviour and much more... I also offer in home puppy training which is a fantastic option for getting your puppy off to the best start in life.
My lessons are hands on, and in most, if not all cases, you will see your dog's behaviour improve instantly. I follow up each lesson with detailed, written, training notes and information to help you keep on track with your training. I want to ensure you get the best value out of my training system.
