I can't believe how positive I feel about tomorrow morning's walk. After one session my dog has shown that she is capable of walking on a loose leash - and Heather has ensured I understand what to expect of her and how to achieve that. Heather's true affection for my dog meant a lot too. She understood that my girl is a family member, and not just a dog. She does not expect me to keep my dog off the furniture, or outside as other trainers do. This means that I am willing to incorporate everything she says - and the outcome will be outstanding. I have every confidence that the other issues will be sorted out as well, as Heather will give me the knowledge and ensure I have the support to do so.

Really happy with the expertise and knowledge from Peter. Our little german shepherd pup picked up everything really well and with Peters help it was a really easy and fun experience. I definitely like the fact that this training does not involve any harmful actions. I would highly recommend bark busters to anyone who is looking at getting some training for their pet. I also like it that we can now train our pup instead of having to send him away for 2 weeks to a puppy school... Peter covered every aspect and answered all questions very confidently. It was a pleasure to have this service now and for the rest of our puppys life

Ken from Bark Busters was absolutely great. We have two 12 month old staffies who think they are the boss. We were at our wits end in trying to manage them, despite having undertaken puppy training and puppy etiquette training. Ken was outstanding. He came to our home, took command, showed the dogs who was boss and supervised us while we developed our skills. I am SO pleased with the outcome. We are still a bit nervous but we have seen a huge improvement in the dogs behaviour and we now need to train ourselves to be completely consistent in everything we do. I cannot tell you how joyful this has made me as I love these dogs, but they were becoming out of our control. Ken turned up as organised, followed up with phone and text and provided outstanding service and support.

The session was very comprehensive and covered a lot of issues we have been experiencing with Shelby. Hugh explained everything in detail and answered all our questions competently. We learned many great new techniques on how to better handle our Shelby.

Neil came to see us to help fix our collie/kelpie from barking as we had received a letter from our neighbours. Our first visit proved well! She took to the training and Neil visited our neighbours with me and explained the 'magic word' so we were all on the same page. Whilst she still barks, it is controllable when we are there and from the feedback of our neighbours when we are out, the barking is not continuous like before. We found Neil very helpful and a lovely person.

Megan is a fantastic trainer. We both learnt a lot about taking back control of our two terriers & Megan was very patient with us. Our dogs responded immediately & we are looking forward to the follow up in 2 weeks.

Absolutely brilliant!! Glen was calm, clear and firm with a couple of 4 month old littermates. They listened. We listened. 7 hours after he left the puppies are tranquil and responsive. A very excellent outcome. Thanks Glen.

Kelly is an amazing trainer she was able to come to my home assess Riley's behaviour and implement a training program. By following Kelly's instructions step by step we had awesome results. You can teach an old dog new tricks - if Kelly is on your team. Thank you
