Our dogs behavior improved dramatically then slipped back . one call to Ken our trainer who gave us the clues on what to do and we were on the right track again, he is so informative I now feel I will have a puppy/dog we will be happy to share our home with.

Ken is amazing so calm and explains everything so it's easy to understand. There is an initial longer session and then follow up sessions scheduled when you need them. Ken is so obliging fits into your schedule and nothing is a bother for him. Is always contactable by phone or email if you have any questions. I am amazed how different my dog is around him. It is obvious that the dog knows Ken is in charge but I am still working on getting that same control. All training requires a bit of effort but if you keep to Ken's guidelines you do notice changes quite soon. Would thoroughly recommend Ken to help you with any concerns your dog has I just wish I had done it from when the dog was a lot younger and got on top of him while he was still a pup.

It was great to go through all the information on how a dog thinks. We learnt what to to do with our dog and the right way to teach him. The harness is working a great and Enzo is getting much better at not pulling. We still have work to do but. It was also good to have explained how a dog sees things and how we can teach him with the right techniques.

We saw a different dog and we had instant feedback in our dog's reactions. So simple and effective. We liked Allan straight away. He has a very personable manner.

The training was great. Very affective. Our dog has responded well. Ken has been very friendly and knows his stuff. So far so good.

I am thoroughly impressed by the help Ken has given us in helping our 12 week old puppy. His instructions were clear and easy to implement at home. Ken has been very helpful and has been in communication with us to check on how we are doing. The whole experience, which will continue as we face different issues with Dennis, has been thoroughly worth while. I am very happy and relieved to say that Dora the Explorer's behaviours have improved immensely since my first Bark Busters training session. With the knowledge and strategies that Cat has shared with me, I have established my position as the pack leader and now provide Dora with clear instructions that she understands and responds to.

We were amazed at the speed at which Phoebe responded firstly to Glen and then to us and her lead work was brilliant. Glen was firm but gentle with her and her separation anxiety shaking and bottom jaw quivering soon vanished. We appreciated the simple format of the training and quickly realised that a lot of the behaviours we displayed to Phoebe were affirming her position of dominance rather than our own. We now feel we have the tools to change this.

Our dog Cleo was pulling on the lead and jumping up a lot. When Cat came, we saw an immediate difference in one session. Now it's actually a pleasure to walk with Cleo. Thanks Cat!

Very supportive, and encouraging to work with Angela. She is very good at communicating with us, with demonstrations and guidance through out the whole process. I felt comfortable in her presence and to have her in our home, she is a miracle worker! Our puppy has a lot of respect for her!
