Mitch and I learnt a lot about how we can be more assertive in order to become the leaders in the family rather than Alfie. We saw small changes in Alfie immediately. Family have already noticed that Alfie settles quicker and is more interested in getting to know people. Walking Alfie used to be hard work and avoided. Although now he still has some things to learn, taking him for a walk to practice new skills isn't so much of a chore. I would definitely recommend Hugh and Bark Busters to anyone concerned or embarrassed about their dogs behaviour.

Within our first few weeks with our new puppy Cisco he had developed seemingly unbreakable habits and behaviours. However after our first session with Hugh we were shown the best ways to communicate with him though body language and vocal commands. Since turning 1 Year old Cisco is a happy and well behaved member of the family! Whenever we need help Hugh is always there and we are very grateful! Thank you to everyone in the Bark Busters team!

Philip was professional and gentle with my new puppy. He encorporated games for small session breaks for my puppy and she worked hard to complete the tasks he set her during the 5 minute sessions (appropriate for puppies). At 10 weeks, Bella was taught "come", "no biting", "door entry ettique" and learning how leash feels in the backyard. I was taught how to communicate effectively with Bella, how often to train her, and what to do next with her. Philip was an excellent teacher and I recommend him for people who have new puppies or problems with their dogs.

Thank you for kind words Rose, I appreciate and LOVE the positive feedback :)) Bella is boisterous Black Labrador puppy and at 10 weeks was already about 10kg! She's going to be a solid girl! She just had the usual puppy issues and it was fantastic that you engaged Bark Busters to help you from the start. I love it when people do this! Saves you going through so many problems like chewing, toileting and biting, that most puppies have problems with at the start. In the end the fees are less than the cost of the damage a puppy can do in a few minutes in your home! I'm looking forward to seeing Bella again in a few weeks or months, in fact whenever you decide you want me to visit again. It has been an amazing change to Daisy's behaviour since Philip's visit. Daisy is much calmer, ignores nearly all outside noises, and hasn't barked at anyone in the household going in or out, or rushed out the door ahead of me. She seems to enjoy learning to "stay", and is getting the hang of walking to heel.

Daisy is a 2yr old female Cavoodle who was barking a million times a day and driving Paul who works from home crazy. He couldn't conduct business without her interrupting with her contact barking. She also jumped on guests and the furniture all the time and when new guests arrived barked and barked at them. Friendly in the end she took ages to calm down though. So your work with her to date has seen a fantastic improvement Debbie. Well done and thank you for allowing Bark Busters to help you out. It's a true pleasure.
