Janette clearly explained and demonstrated the required training techniques for Lexi's age. Lexi did well with her first lesson. Janette explained and demonstrated the techniques that Bark Busters use and why they use them. Janette was lovely, very helpful and genuinely cared and was interested in helping us. Janette was able to answer our questions and provide useful advice. We are looking forward to her next visit. Janette also provided us with useful information to read and a collar and lead for training.

Neil was fantastic with Bruno and Shadow and had them responding to him instantly. Obviously very knowledgeable, Neil was also very helpful in answering our questions and explaining the training procedure. After 1 week there has been a huge improvement in Bruno's behaviour and Shadow's barking problem has almost completely stopped. Thanks Neil.

Catharina was brilliant! Automatically you could see the techniques work. We have had issues with our dog only listening to me and not my wife, especially when I'm not in the room, but the techniques Cathrina showed us have really improved his walking and all round behaviour, we still have a long way to go but it surely is working brilliantly!

Hugh was great with Andy , his knowledge about dog behaviour is impressive. All the techniques he explained to us about how to deal with Andy's behaviour are very efficient and Andy is doing great! Walking him now it's been really easy since he stopped pulling. Still have a lot to learn and Quite a way to go but we will get there. With bark busters he will get there!!

Fantastic training, even in a 10 week old puppy we are already seeing a difference. Training Indi will be a joy not a chore. Love seeing her progress. Looking forward to more training and a fantastic dog as a result.

I would like to thank Kelly McClelland for her training and guidance with our 3yo poodle. Aria is a lovely dog, however, walks on the lead were a nightmare of pulling and barking at other dogs. When the doorbell rang or the neighbor's dog barked, Aria barked uncontrollably. We have lived in constant fear of doors and gates being left open and Aria running off. After our initial training session our walks improved 100% - we walk together, slack lead and it is enjoyable, not a struggle. When the dog barks next door Aria ignores it. We have just had a follow up session and I have to say this is the best money we have spent. We are happier and most importantly, Aria is a much happier and contented dog. Kelly is fantastic - she understands dogs better than anyone I have ever met.

Glen was extremely helpful and good with our dog Vinnie. Within only half an hour we were looking at a totally new dog!! Glens tips on how to train Vinnie can easily be applied to all other dogs - we now have a much better understanding on how to 'read' dogs and understand their behaviour. We still have a bit of work to do to control Vinnie's dog aggression but his at home behaviour has improved tremendously within only just 1 day and he is already walking much better on the lead. Would definitely recommend Glen to anyone with Doggie troubles

I was really impressed with Hugh and the easy way in which everything was explained He showed patience not only with Roger but also me We are really looking forward to the next round of training to stop Roger running off after other dogs and other people.

My partner and I discovered Bark Busters when we visited a friend of ours and their beautiful staffy, Bentley. We were used to being greeted by Bentleys heavy paws jumping all over us, but this time was different. Bentley was sat in the hallway waiting politely. Since that day we saw Bentley respond to our friends every command and became relaxed and happy. His owners were equally relaxed and happy, having learned to speak dog. We didn't own a dog at the time but we knew who we were 'gonna call' when we did because the training speaks for itself! Then along came the most perfect Corgi puppy you've ever seen, George. George had his first visit with Kia from Bark Busters Townsville at 14 weeks old. Booking the appointment was excellent. The lady on the phone answered all of our questions and put us in touch with Kia. Kia was so delighted to meet George and it was obvious to us immediately how passionate she is about her job. Very soon after we were blown away by her ability to communicate with our puppy and show him, and us, what good behaviour looks like. After the first visit George was a changed pooch. The things we had struggled so much with ie. Running through doors, biting and jumping were virtually non existent. Kia offered us expert advice on diet, exercise and toilet training and has been completely available for any of our concerns. Kia has always been flexible and accomodating, meeting us for training both at home and in public, allowing us to take our time, addressing any and all concerns we have had and making us feel that there are no silly questions. Through Bark Busters George has learned how to sit and wait while doors are opened, to stay when told, to not bite, to not jump, to enter rooms only when invited, to walk properly on his lead, to socialise with our friend's dogs, to leave our shoes and socks alone, to only jump on the lounge when invited and to come when called to name a few. Thanks to Kia, we enjoy a happy household of positive communication with our dog. We wouldn't have it any other way. Thank you Bark Busters for teaching us to speak dog!

Glen was great with all of us today. I am not sure who learnt the most- us or Sampson! But by the end of it I could see the difference in Sampson.
