Faith was very patient with us and with Penny. It is early days yet but already Penny appears calmer, and we are confident that the simple training techniques are going to work. I would recommend Faith to all dog owners, she was very knowledgeable and approachable.

We thought the training session with Hugh was excellent. Hugh was very clear on all instructions and gave us a great overview of the Bark Buster's philosophy and training techniques. Hugh was very clear and went through the information at a pace that was easy to understand and digest for the first time. We are very pleased with the training techniques and noticed results within the next couple of days following our first session with Hugh. Hugh made the initial training experience enjoyable and gave us confidence to train Reu with simple and effective techniques.

We called Ken at Bark Busters after bringing home our dog from the RSPCA. Being first time owners of a bigger dog, we needed some assistance with Gruffy's pulling, jumping and general obedience training (staying, recall, etc). Ken was very responsive, and our first lesson was fabulous! Ken was patient, explained Gruffy's behaviour to us so we could continue to implement his techniques. Best of all, Gruffy was very responsive to the training and we liked the way the training uses voice commands instead of treats or being physical with the dog. Gruffy has made lots of progress and we feel extremely supported by Ken. He is always available to answer questions or concerns we may have. We would highly recommend Ken and Bark Busters to any new dog owners!

Amazing results in a couple of hours. I can't believe how much Buddy has changed in just one day!! Hugh went through everything nice and slowly and we did lots of practicing together before I was on my own! I had a few questions once he left and he emailed back straight away which was awesome that they are there for you even after receiving their money. Very impressed!!

It was great to meet Hugh back on he 6th April. He was very friendly and easy to deal with. Hugh came to help us with our 9 month old groodle. We have put things in place to help her barking and jumping issues. We were also taught how to walk Milly without her trying to walk us. Hugh was full of fantastic information which we have taken on board and we look forward to doing more work with Milly and our trainer .

Everything was explained clearly and was easy for our eleven year old to understand. We are now four days into the training program and already can see an improvement in both our dog Ezra and ourselves.

All I can say is amazing we have a rescue dog who every time we left the house would start high pitch barking and leaping in the air well yesterday we were able with Neil's magic to walk her out the door and along the road with not a sound and within an hour she was down the park running round with Neil's beautiful calm dog and she was having a great time bought a tear to my eyes we now have the confidence to carry on the training we were given and look forward to the next few weeks putting this in place we have a new dog and all thanks to Neil thank you so much you are amazing calm and love you dogs we can't thank you enough.
