Tess and I adopted our Boston Terrier, Dexter just as we concieved our first born. Unfortunately that meant we struggled to find the time and energy to train Dexter so he took on some crazy behaviours around the house and walking. He believed he was the boss. After the birth of Oliver we were concerned that if we didn't address these behaviours we might have to give Dexter to a home that could handle him. Phil from bark busters came in and Tess had a shopping list of behaviours waiting for him! Tess' first remark was that she was concerned that Phil hadn't allocated enough time because Dexter was particularly crazy but within a few hours he was transformed! He now walks beside us, doesn't jump up on visitors, doesn't run around the house a mile a minute, Take the clothes off the line or our hand towels off the oven. My wife can now walk with Dexter and the baby without me. All the while knowing he will be obedient and follow our commands. Phil came back two weeks later and we had lost a few of the techniques but he helped bring us back up to speed. The ongoing support is fantastic and we couldn't recommend Phil enough!

The lesson was fantastic and Catharina passed on a wealth of knowledge - very grateful. Our boy Henry responded very positively to the training. Love how it isn't treat focused training. Myself and my family that attended really appreciated and enjoyed how they could all take part. Catharina was extremely thorough and answered all our questions.

Wow! Faith has helped us with our two new rescue greyhounds, and has given us a couple of simple consistent techniques that have been a revelation! She has such a depth of knowledge about dog psychology and behaviour, and a warm, engaging personality with us humans, I can't recommend her highly enough. Brian is clearly an experienced trainer who teaches clients using simple and clear instructions. He is able to demonstrate his techniques and their effectiveness almost immediately. Absolutely MIRACULOUS turnaround in jumping/play-biting behaviour with the first lesson. Very satisfied customers. Would highly recommend BB as an effective (both financially and from a time management perspective) training tool.

We called Bark Busters because we thought we would have to rehome our dog due to incessant barking in a unit complex after complaints from neighbours, as well as territoriality when visitors came to our house. After one session with Neil we had a complete turn around, our dog responded immediately and within one day there was an incredible improvement. Our dog is quite stubborn and persistent so we were worried that it would be quite challenging, however, Neil gave us a set of guidelines and massive amounts of encouragement and it has completely paid off. There are now weeks without us hearing a single bark, and he is much calmer and submissive without being nervous or scared. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who is having training issues, particularly if you are beginning to feel a little bit helpless. Fantastic, myself and my partner learnt alot about being the Alpha in the pack structure which then flows on to all other aspects of training we needed help with. You are given the tools to succeed. I can now walk my 2 German Shepherds together now which was all I wanted from this but got alot more out of it! Would recommend!

Very effective. Stopped our dog from barking within 5 minutes. We were able to put her outside without her barking her head off - she could bark for hours on end. Walking is still difficult as she is a pup and easily distracted.

Catharina was very instructive and easy to understand. I was pleased with the training techniques, they are nice and easy to learn and make my dog respond. I made a huge difference after the first training.

A lot to process for a beginner, but Glen was genuine and caring about the whole training process :)
