Angela was really great at helping us with Ella. Learning the "bah" technique in particular has been so helpful with reducing Ella's barking. Angela was really great with Ella, and you could tell instantly that she knew what she was talking about, and delivered the information in an easy to understand manner, and also explained why we were doing the things that she was teaching us. We are still working on Ella's behaviour, including her pulling and barking at other dogs whilst on lead, but I feel confident that she will continue to improve based on the techniques that Angela taught us. Angela is really friendly and lovely to work with!

Having unsuccessfully used another trainer for a 'one-off' session to solve our problems, we were rather skeptical about what Bark Busters could do in 2-3 hours. I can honestly say its changed our life. From being stressed to leave our dog because we knew he would bark and our neighbours would complain, to being able to calmly and positively go out, was an amazing turn-around in one day. Everything was explained to us in a way that made sense to us, and also why it was better for Samson too. I have already been recommending Grace Parr to our friends in the same or similar situations.

Stefanie has been absolutely fantastic. She has been committed to spending as much time with us and Buckley that we have needed. This has lead to a lot of progress, including a reduction in barking, better walking on the lead and a general increased responsiveness. The strategies that Stefanie has taught us, in our home, in the backyard and out the front of our house, are very manageable for the 'everyday' person. Her wealth of knowledge is very impressive. We would not hesitate to recommend her services.

Catharina is a great trainer, makes it easy! She was excellent. Went through everything we needed it to cover and also gave us good advice.

Philip's training was spot on for our dogs. We saw instant results as we faced issues around sibling rivalry which we didnt realise has been such an issue with them but definately is. We have now become aware of a great deal and can confidently say we are much more educated and equiped to handling our dogs. As we seperated the dogs and trained them seperately we noticed their behaviours. Ivy cried non stop as she was alone and not used to this. We were easily able to stop the crying and whinging which I compared simply to magic as I never thought this was possible prior to Philip's introduction. Our dogs were constantly jumping, pulling on the lead during walks, barging at the door whenever we tried to get in and out and the main reason for us seeking help... a couple of vicious (not to mention nerve wrecking) fights over food. We feel a lot more confident that their behaviours have changed for the best but like anything it is a work in progress and we know we will see excellent results in the near future.

We are very happy with what we have learnt so far; Hugh trained us as a family 'pack' and involved my 11 year old boys which was important to them. Pepper responded well from the first instruction and we are thrilled to be able to take her on walks and be complemented on our well behaved puppy!

Totally stoked on our first day of training. Our dog has always been a bit "barky" and jumps at people. First training day and she is already improving. Can't wait to see what happens to her after a few weeks of continuous training by us. Cat was not only extremely easy to understand but also extremely passionate and has a love of dogs. The training was easy to understand. Although Bark Busters isn't cheap I feel like it is a worthy investment for my best mate! Also loved the fact that this training is not food based or fear based. Very logical system!

Fantastic. Pippa has been a different pup, I have been able to control her barking and she has happily come when called. My major problem was her running up and down the fence barking at the new neighbours, tonight I used your technique and she stopped and returned to me after just 2 barks..unbelievable! If this happens after just a few hours I can't imagine how she will be in a few weeks.

How easy was it to work with Neil. He is passionate about dogs and knows his stuff. He helped us train both our dogs, at the same time, in literally minutes. We were at the stage where it was hard for visitors to come by and drop-in as our two dogs were very protective of us. Already we have had visitors and our dogs behave so differently when we use the techniques Neil taught us. This is only week two and Neil will be back to make sure we are all still on track in two more weeks. All part of his service.
