My partner and I have a Maltese Shih Tzu and Cavoodle. We booked in with Bark Busters in hopes of establishing toilet training, barking behaviours and more. The first session was very informative as we were educated about “dog languages,” correct training techniques, the importance of establishing leadership and more. The session was also very interactive - Maureen showed us training techniques, corrected our techniques, and gave advice in all of our areas of concern. By the end of the session, we saw huge progress with our boys. Maureen was extremely lovely and we had such a positive experience. Highly recommend to any pawrents in need of some assistance!

We are absolutely astounded with the results from our training session, even that is an understatement. Our dog Koko has a completely different temperament since meeting with Glen 4 days ago. It was amazing to see what a few minor changes could do for her and us as dog owners. Koko's lead reactivity, barking, lunging, and fear aggression had rapidly increased over the past six months to the point where we needed help before something potentially happened. Despite previous training and self-educating on how to help her in these confronting situations we were in a tough spot on how to move forward with her. We have a baby on the way, and I was extremely concerned as to how I would walk her alongside a pram or how she will interact and listen once our baby arrives. I have absolutely no doubts in my mind now that she will be the best version of herself. It was nice to be reminded of how intelligent and good-natured Koko really is, she isn't looking to be the pack leader she just needs the right communication from us in a way that is understood. Both my husband and I finally feel like we are the leaders and have much better control with her. She is now focusing on us when we lead training, she listens to commands, doesn't rush past us through doors and is just 1000x calmer. We have been following all the advice and training guidelines given so we can get the best possible outcome for all of us. We still have a long way to go and like humans Koko will still have her bad days, but we feel so much more confident and in control moving forward. I am so thankful to have come across Bark Busters, don't waste your money or time anywhere else. Glen is literally the dog whisperer!! Looking forward to the next meet.

Wow what a change! Thank you so much Glen for teaching us. Thanks for your patience and humor. You made so easy for us to relax and enjoy the experience. Mello is so much more relaxed now. Thanks for explaining things so well and easy to follow exercises to do with our new family member Milo.

By far one of the best training sessions we have had. We had Glen come over and instantly picked up on the things we were lacking to do with our 4 year old German shepard shadow. He showed us how to overcome her fairs of barking and lunging at car while on lead. We saw a huge difference in her just with a few hours of training and have been really happy with her after too.

Glen was amazing. His knowledge and understanding is second to none. The training we got from him on the first lesson for our 4 month old puppy was very effective. She has mastered the tasks given to us really quickly because of his training techniques. We would certainly recommend him to absolutely anyone.

Where do I start well firstly a big thank you to Maureen. As soon as you walked through our front door, I felt we were onto a winner. Chloe our lovely Shih-Tzu puppy was beginning to rule the house, we were finding it hard with several problems including barking, separation, plus other issues that I had not noticed. Maureen, you were an angel. I knew before you came that part of the problem was myself which was a problem easily solved once explained in plain English. Chloe is a work in progress, but she is returning so much love to us. I’m so grateful for your help Maureen and the follow-ups you keep making I am so glad our Vets recommended you, we can have a great family relationship with our beautiful Chloe thanks to you.
