As first time dog owners we wanted the right start for our new Labrador puppy Bailey and Ken showed us how to raise a well trained obedient puppy. Ken is a true professional and we highly recommend his services. Bailey is responding perfectly to the training and it’s making our lives a lot easier especially since we also have 3 young children under 5 years of age.

Maureen is great, from the moment she walked up to the door she started addressing the issue with Ace and his barking. Within the first meeting he was like a new dog and has been improving everyday. I would highly recommend Maureen, she is very informative and has a wealth of knowledge

Glen was absolutely amazing with our American Staffy x Bull Mastiff, she responded really well and Glen taught us techniques to help with lead walking and barking. Was amazing after just one session. Thanks heaps!

Goldberg, our 13 week Golden Retriever and I had a fantastic Puppy Management session with trainer Kelly. There were immediate behavioral changes (for us both) that we will continue to use with ease. We redirected some emerging behaviors such as biting furniture, barking for attention and jumping up on people and more. I'm very pleased to have a technique to get Goldberg's attention and to 'come' when called. We saw results immediately and without food rewarding. Kelly had suggestions about how we could tweak our home set up to maximize puppy training success now, that will also lead to a smooth transition as Goldberg gets older. We are very pleased with the clarity and kindness of the training approach, the practical skills and theoretical knowledge provided and the ongoing support. We look forward to our next training session and showcasing some new behaviors! Thank you Kelly.

I would like to leave feedback from my recent visit from Michelle. I wanted to say that Michelle was super helpful with my old girl-Liz . We where so happy that there was no cost as the initial cost is for the life of your pooch, even though it was 5 years ago. Thank you again Sharon James Dayboro

Ken was able to do a follow up lesson with one of our dogs in particular with his nuciance barking. Harley is severely anxious and has separation anxiety he has also been on a number of different medications for it. Ken went through our old training techniques with us and also showed us some new tricks. In a 20 minute session Harley completely stopped barking when the doorbell rang. These reaults make me hopeful that with persistent training and regaining my strong leadership that he will over time settle down and feel less anxious and hopefully reduce his medications in the long term. Ken has made it clear he is always available for follow up questions and training, I was unsure how true the Bark Busters Guarantee really was when i first joined years ago but Ken demonstrates that no member of the Bark Busters Club will ever be left without help. I would highly recommend Bark Busters and if you're in the sydney area Ken is a knowledgeable and understanding trainer always willing to help.

We would highly recommend Faith from Bark Busters. While it is early days with our new approach with our dog, Charli, we can already see remarkable changes. Faith was excellent. She made us, and our dog feel at ease. She listened to our concerns and gave us an easy to follow set of skills to practise. She modelled exactly how to interact with Charli during her trouble situations, and left us feeling confident that we could continue with the training to help Charli feel confident too. Our session with Faith lifted a weight off our shoulders as we were beginning to feel that Charli would spend the rest of her life with her issues. We no longer feel that way. Stefanie is a fantastic trainer and I highly recommend her. She helped us train our adopted dog, Lady. Since working with her, Lady has gone from being a not-so-well behaved dog to a well mannered trained dog. Stefanie helped us learn everything to help Lady become a 100 percent well mannered dog ! My husband and I have been working with Cat to improve our control of our dog Diesel for about three weeks now. We reached out to Cat when Diesel jumped our backyard fence and I asked her how to work on this during her recent live education session. Since then we have worked on distance control and recall and we are all very hopeful that slowly but surely Diesel will come along in leaps and bounds. We had our first home visit today after a couple of weeks of video lessons and Cat is just as lovely in person as she has been while we've been working with her over the phone. Cat is patient, persistent, knowledgeable and thoughtful. We have asked a million and one questions throughout our training and Cat is always happy to answer any query, and is always very quick to respond. In the past trainers have just told us to persist with the same technique but Cat reviews the situation, provides really useful pointers for how we need to adjust our communication skills and adjusts the training program to suit our Diesel dog. We are very happy we chose to work with Cat, looking forward to seeing our furry friend happy and relaxed in any environment ?
