We should be thanking you for the magnificent service you have provided, and of course it's always a pleasure meeting like-minded people. I'm sitting here in my office staring out the window at Snowie just sitting by the gate watching the world go past. Not one bark has escaped his lips this morning, what a pleasure it is to have him look, feel and act like a happy dog rather than a fluffy, aggressive white ball terrorising our neighbours...lol! I"m sure the neighbours think so too! So happy I did make the move and call you. Thank you with all our hearts for helping us with him. What a difference! Yes! we are keeping very strict tabs on him at the moment. He loves the new soft crate we bought and has had no problems sleeping in it for the past two nights. Chilli and him like the new menu and so do we. What a difference the food has made already including the treats. All the other pet food I have is gone. And his no longer jumping up on the lounge or beds unless he has been invited. How cool is that! I'm one happy Mummy, now. As you can see the training is going really well and Snowie has taken to it, an A+ student...heee! You would be proud of him and us as well...hmmm! Loves his new toys and treats to play with. I realise it has been a very short time but the improvement in him has been unbelievable. What a pleasure it has been. Thank you again for everything.

The whole process was very smooth and easy. Loved learning the techniques and how to read the dogs body language.

Nice to know that we can have a pet to enjoy and not have a long list of complicated rules to apply? as long as we are clear and consistent with our rules.

We would both like to thank you so much for the assistance you have given us with our dogs. Your home visit and help has saved us as our high energy dogs were out of control with their barking and competition for pack leader. We are amazed at the change in such at short time by following your directions. Our life is now peaceful and the glass sliding door is not being pushed off its track any more, in the rush to see who gets out the door first. Really appreciate your help and your advice. We were having a lot of problems with the 2 male dogs marking their spot inside but this too has stopped. Your visit and help has changed our life, we are both in our 70's and didn't think we'd be able to keep the dogs, but all is good now, thanks so much Faith really appreciate what you have done to help.
