Kelly is a wonderful trainer- very friendly & helpful & explains things in a way that's easy to understand. I've had trainers in the past that make me feel bad when something doesn't work; Kelly never does that. I was really at the end of tether- both are shelter dogs with a HUGE amount of issues & this is the first trainer to make any significant difference & make me feel I could actually keep these dogs.

We were desperate. We spend a lot of time in caravan parks and barking dogs are not tolerated. Jane showed us a new way of controlling Toby, changing who the boss is by changing wording and techniques. We noticed the difference from the first visit. We now feel confident in taking Toby travelling and he will behave, money well spent.
