I cannot express enough how grateful I am to Mat for the improvement in Zeus. I can take Zeus for walks every day without a hassle. Zeus is a lot more relaxed now and is a joy to have as a pet instead of a hassle.

An excellent service to help dog owners learn how to train their dogs rather than be trained by them. Would recommend undertaking training early in a dog's life rather than later when bad habits have been established. But techniques showed it's never too late to start.

We inherited an 11 year old Staffy and I wanted to learn the tools to reprogram his behaviour. Tracy gave me the confidence to become “Top Dog”, by using the simple but very effective training tools. She is warm and friendly and clearly loves her job. :)
