Harry had his first lesson 3days ago and we are already seeing an improvement in his barking problem and taking more notice of our instructions.
Michelle identified his unwanted habits very quickly and explained in detail and demonstrated clearly how to address these.

We’ve only had one session so far, but having Michelle come out has made a huge difference — to Lucy, our one year old German Shepherd, and to us. She immediately understood what was going on and gave us clear, practical advice without overwhelming us. For the first time, we felt like someone really got what we were dealing with.
Lucy can be full-on — energetic, strong-willed, and at times completely out of control. Michelle didn’t judge us or make us feel like we were doing things wrong — she just calmly showed us what to do and explained why it works.
Even after that first visit, we noticed a real change in Lucy’s behaviour. It’s early days, but we finally feel like we’re on the right track.

We honestly can’t recommend Michelle enough! Within just a few minutes, it was obvious she really understands all types of dogs and knows how to connect with them. Her calm, confident energy helped both us and our pups feel totally at ease, and her training style was super effective but also kind and totally tailored to our dogs’ different personalities.
She explained everything clearly and made sure we felt good about continuing the training on our own until the next session. The progress we saw in just a few hours was amazing—our dogs went from being overexcited to more well-mannered (though they still like to push the boundaries a bit!).
Michelle truly cares about both dogs and their people, and she’s great at adapting to everyone’s needs. If you’re looking for someone who’s not just knowledgeable but also down-to-earth and awesome to work with, Michelle’s your person!

Michelle is simply incredible with our pup. From the first interaction, she had already started training him and us without us even noticing. Our dachshund had become impossible to manage after I became pregnant and we had got a puppy —she wouldn’t listen to us at all, barked at everything and everyone, and began refusing to pee outside. I was overwhelmed and did not know what to do. After just one session with Bark Busters, I feel back in control, and Lola is calmer, quieter, and finally listening again. It’s been a complete turnaround, and I couldn’t be more grateful!
