Glen is very knowledgeable and offered great advice and suggestions in trying different techniques to correct our puppies behaviours. I will definitely recommend to friends and also clients we have through my work at the Vet.

We came across Bark Busters in a last attempt after trying several other methods to reduce our dog (Ralph) aggression and anxiety. Our dog trainer Val was extremely understanding, knowledgeable and patient after just one session (3 hours) our dog was calm, passive and relaxed. I was very sceptical to believe such a lasting change could be achieved in such a small time frame (3 hours). I highly recommend Val to everyone, in fact, I feel the type of education Val delivers should be mandated for all dog owners. Thank you, Val, for everything!

Faith was a pleasure to deal with. She put us as much at ease as Huey. Great results for Huey. He caught on really quickly. We were very stressed prior as Huey was a rescue dog with issues we didn't know he had. A lot calmer household.

Jane was fantastic and she helped us so much - we saw a different dog from the first session. My 2-year-old kelpie was a rescue dog and came without much history of behaviour control or boundaries, and appeared unfamiliarity with streets, leashes, traffic, people. Jane helped us to understand how to put boundaries in place to shape a quieter more attentive dog, how to manage separation anxiety, and how to have her walk comfortably on leash. Throughout it all she was warm, caring, and gentle with Ginja. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jane!

The instant result of Zoro responding to that one magic word, was amazing. Our other dog, Lucy, has also learnt from it. My husband James, proved to be a natural in applying the techniques we were taught for walking leadwork and door exercise. I will need to practice. I had a better result the next day, when it was just me and Zoro.

For a young dog/puppy that is nervous, finds it hard to calm down in group sessions and has had a scare from a very large unsocial dog out in public. We have found our fist lesson at home very rewarding. Having Cat come to the house so that Emma has a chance to learn in a less stressful environment has helped with Emma and that I am very thank full for.

From the moment you walked in you were working on the dogs behavior. And they actually responded. We were shocked. We both thought it would be a lot harder than it has been. This is only our first session but we're really happy with progress so far.

Me and Radley are so much happier after your (Maureen's) help and I am completely satisfied with the service. A lot of what Maureen said resonated with me - in that I understood how my puppy thought so I could train properly. I think I learned just as much as Radley. Life improved immensely after our first lesson. You guys are lifesavers.

The training was transformative! Glen was friendly, helpful and very professional and above all made the desired outcomes seem very achievable . He explained all aspects of the program in very straightforward terms and enabled me to be the 'expert' with my own dog . I particularly liked his direct assessment of the issues and the way in which he directed me to be able to change my dogs behavioural 'problems' by actually changing mine! The program is very client centred and I cannot recommend the service highly enough

Janette has been amazing over the past few months. Before we met Janette, we thought the only way to tire our high-energy Hungarian Vizsla was to run 5-10km with him every. single. day... We also had to avoid having him inside because he could not sit still... and by that I mean he used to pick up EVERYTHING with his mouth and carry it around the house... ??‍♀️ After one session with Janette, we saw a difference. I admit that both my partner and I were hesitant and a little skeptical at first. These thoughts vanished after the first session. Lenny was cooperative with the methods she used. By the second lesson, Lenny was able to come inside and lay on a mat next to our Golden, Leo. This left us incredibly surprised! We could not believe how much he had improved within such a short time frame. We didn’t think it was possible. It was a huge improvement!! Of course, in true vizsla style, Lenny has since found ways to show his cheeky side and bend the rules... Janette has helped us correct these behaviours with her extensive knowledge. She has never failed to bring a new idea to the table. (Tip: try crate training... we were reluctant to at first... but it has worked wonders for us!) I can safely say that I would not hesitate to recommend Janette’s service. We are almost there with Lenny’s behaviour... just a few minor things to go. My partner would agree that since seeing Janette, Lenny’s behaviour has improved so much, that it sometimes feels like we now have a whole new dog! Knowing how to properly communicate with Lenny has been the best learning for me. 5/5 service

Emma was excellent. She was incredibly thorough and asked us so many questions - as a result I was confident that she had a good understanding of us and our dogs, as well as that our session was tailored specifically to our needs. The techniques are easy to apply and do not require any physical reprimanding of the animals which is something I was worried about. We saw a massive improvement just in the first session, and have had continued success with the training - now over a month later. Emma set realistic expectations with us and was clear about what we need to do to ensure the training worked. I would highly recommend Emma to anyone having behavioural problems with their fur babies - it's a worthwhile investment!
