Thank you Hugh - you came to my home and made me feel instantly comfortable. You let Zoe jump up on you (as she does) and did not ever make me feel like I had done something wrong with how to manage her. Even though she has been with me such a short time (less than 4 weeks and with such a troubled past) you recognized that she is such an intelligent dog that we can work through this as a team. I hope that I can remember all of the things we discussed tonight - but even if we don't I know that you are happy to do a follow up session and have even recommended an appointment sooner than the usual. I have been so worried about how I was going to manage some things with her as I had to wait for almost 2 weeks for our appointment I am now able to relax somewhat. She had been rehoused 4 times now and is not yet 3 years old so now she has found someone who is not going to let up on her and willing to invest the time required to make her the best dog she can ever be. The training was great. Philip was really helpful and focused on answering all the questions we had. The dogs responded well to the training on the day and we have had a few follow ups to keep helping us. One dog is doing really well and the other is a bit harder to teach but doing ok.

Faith has a beautiful soul and a friendly manner which made me feel comfortable. Very professional and knowledgeable. I felt relieved knowing I have control and less pressure on my dogs.

Grace (the dog whisperer) has been amazing with Dash, she has taught us some great techniques for managing Dash's dominance and fills us with great confidence in our ability to manage his behaviour and introduce our little girl to him. Dash is a much happier and relaxed dog as a result.

Our dog Kiba is a Labrador x Kelpie and was very hyperactive, always jumping on us and visitors and was constantly barking to the extent where there was a complaint to our real estate. Within the first few seconds Kelly had sought the problem and we had already seen an immediate change in Kiba's behaviour. Kelly gave us the tools we needed and is well worth the money. I would recommend Kelly to everyone.

Hugh was AMAZING! Storm was being very difficult to walk with her constant pulling on the lead - after one walk with Hugh, Storm is now like a different dog to walk. She trots along beside me without pulling at all. I was VERY impressed! Thank you Hugh! :)

The change in Mosty's behaviour was evident immediately. Kelly showed us easy but effective ways to train Mosty. She was very patient, professional and friendly. We now feel confident to leave Mosty alone when we go out and going for walks is more enjoyable. We would recommend Bark Busters to anyone having trouble with their dogs, particularly Labradors.
